My technician, moe was great! He was patient when answering all my questions. He was also very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how and why he was doing each service. Switching to Mira was one of best decisions I've made!

Excellent service
Devon did a fantastic job on our home treatment. Very thorough and courteous. My wife was impressed.
CANCLE FEE I signed up for an 18 month contract. The company kept sending people to my house when I was unable to accommodate the services as I was having work done to my driveway. Also a week of heavy rain.3 times they showed up and was sent away and called a lot. A day after it was sprayed some of my plants had brown on them . I called to cancle services because I was displeased . It took literally 10 differnt times to get them to cancle (in text as well as a few calls)or so I thought . They just paused the services and contacted me to restart after the winter . The phone call dropped as I was trying to explain I no longer wanted services . I was immediately charged a $ 369 cancle fee! I just got off the phone with the company explained why I was canceling and I was told that I signed a contract so they would not remove the fee . Be careful

Moulton Williams from Mira Home completed treating the exterior of my home today. He communicated when he was on his way, his arrival time and completion of services. I spoke to him when he arrived and was emailed a list of the areas treated including entry points, cracks and crevices, garage, etc. I've used Mira Home going on two years now and very pleased with their services and no bugs or insects in or outside my property!

Under no circumstances do business or communication with this organization. They are criminals at best. They entered my yard without permission leaving gate open and allowing my dog to get out. They arrived at my home gout permission after paying season for mediocre service, they charged my account $289. 00 when I requested that service be canceled
Earnest from Mira came for he servicing my home this month, he was detailed and very sincere in looking for problem areas. He shared lot of good information.

The point of pest control is to not have any pest. You guys failed & why do we alway get last min notification that you’ll be here in “30” mins. As of people don’t have JOBS. Unless we call to ask when they will come out, we would never know until they’re on the way. Also , their cancellation fees are ridiculous because they know once people try them, they would want to cancel and this business would bankrupt. Save yourself the trouble and don’t use them. I regret ever allowing that salesman to sell me this bs. Next time someone knocks on my door to sell me something I’m calling 911. This company is trash. —— update Sorry, I didn’t even bother reading the response. Probably sound like a Karen but to be fair, who wants to pay $89 a month to continuously keep seeing bugs. There hasn’t been one time that someone came out and I was happy. Anyways. Brian just came to service us today. I love Brian. He’s the ONLY one since I’ve had Mira to actually take his time and make sure everything is done correctly. Will be requesting to have him every single time. He deserves a raise. He just spent an hour here doing inside and outside. I don’t even remember anyone else spending that much time to make sure everything is good. Thank you Brian. You truly are an amazing human being. I would change this review to 5 stars just for you. But I still hate this company. But I love u. Thank you!

Mira Home, is the worst company to deal with when cancelling the service. I tried calling them and they transfer me but then the call drops so I went to their local office at 6090 Dawson Blvd, Ste I, Norcross, GA. The office manager or receptionist stated that she cannot cancel the service but she has put in a request for their customer service department to call me, that was around FEB 12TH, 2006. No one ever called me and they charged my card for $75. So I emailed their customer support center, they emailed me back that only way to cancel is by calling the # listed on the email. I called that # and I get transferred to sales agent/manager. Even then I got run around and my service cannot be cancelled. They are big scam and worst people to deal with as far as cancellation is concerned. They have been charging my card $75 each month and sales person who signed me explained to me differently. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, BIG SCAM AND GREEDY COMPANY. I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STAR, BUT WON'T LET ME POST WITH NO STAR.

*🚨 Warning: Disappointing Experience with Mira Homes Pesticide Control 🚨* I'm extremely disappointed with Mira Homes Pesticide Control. They came out to our property, and we agreed on a service plan. However, when it came time to cancel, they were unwilling to honor our agreement and are now asking for a $249 cancellation fee - a term that was NOT part of our initial agreement. It feels like a scam. They enrolled us with promises of service and then changed the terms without our consent. Very unhappy with how they've handled this. *Details:* - Agreed on service plan with Mira Homes - No mention of $249 cancellation fee upfront - Now demanding payment for cancellation If you're considering Mira Homes, be cautious. Liars and scammers Salesperson was pushy, practically begged us to give them a try and if we were not happy with the first service we could cancel. They also said that he would waive the fee for the first visit. I was billed $99 for the first visit and when I called in they said that there was nothing that they could do because it is not in the contract. I asked to speak with a manager the person on the line stated that they would call his manager and have them call me back (never got that call). So at this point I do not want to deal with them so I call back and request to cancel my service they transfer me over to the account management, he did offer to waive the fee but at this point I do not want to deal with them, and prefer just to cancel, so now they are trying to make make me keep the service for a year or charge me a $250 cancelation fee ( his excuse was that they are not perfect and they make mistake, funny how the customer always has to pay for their mistakes , now after I have been lied to every step of the way, why would I want to continue to do business with them. SAVE YOUR TIME AND FRUSTATION!!!!

UPDATE!! This was a scam. This is a pest control subscription. Bridger talked over the registration video leading to me not hearing critical information saying that you pay monthly for them to only come once every 90 days. Cool but why am i paying when they dont come to my home? When I called to cancel and complain, they tried charging me $400 to cancel. Come get it!! Bridger and Tipsy were great. Walked me through registration and answered all of my questions. Even received welcome information from Keegan as soon as things were done. They were professional and nice. Sign up was easy, service was thorough, and I feel confident in the prevention of pests. I got a great discount with my rental company and plan to use them in the future.
Miscommunication about cancellation fees and unclear billing made for a disappointing experience with Mira Home. I was told there’d be no cancellation fee if I ended my service in November 2025, but when I called to cancel, Mr. Porter said there is one. He also claimed I hadn’t paid since April 2025 even though my credit card was charged and used again for cancellation November 10, 2025. Which I didn't need to provide credit information. The conversation felt pressuring and unprofessional. Mira Home requires a 12-month contract and $119 monthly fee, even if visits aren’t completed. Not transparent or customer-friendly. I always give good review for the technician so they can keep the job. Georgia residents beware of scam.

Don’t ever use them. This guy came out and told us we would pay every other month and it was only gonna be 29 bucks every other month. Had us sign something to then find out 3 days later they had us sign something we didn’t agree to. 50 dollars a month. They sent us that email 3 days later. They will never wave canceling the service. It’s all run by kids. Even the manger is a child. It’s cheaper to do it yourself and more reliable. Even after they did are yard. We still had ant piles everywhere, and when they came back to spray again. They would only sprinkle it over the areas. They won’t retreat your whole yard again. Complete scam artists and already reported them to the better business bureau.

Do NOT use this company! They scam you and lock you into a monthly contract without your approval, be warned!!!! If they come ringing your door bell to solicit, ignore them. Don't even bother talking to them. Honestly, this is what I usually do with most solicitors that come to my door. But somehow, I was nice enough to give my time of day to one of them and they scammed me. If I can give a zero star here, I would have. A young guy from this company came ringing my door bell early August. I think his name is Adrien or something like that, but I am not sure. He spoke to me about signing up for a monthly treatment of the lawn, pest control, etc. I immediately told him that I am not interested in signing up for any monthly contract. He then told me about a promotion they are doing for a onetime pest treatment around the house for $69 for just that day. I decided to patronize him and I paid for a one-time treatment. I signed what he claimed was a one-time treatment approval and thought that was it. They treated the house one time in August and at the end of September, I received a text from the company about my next treatment coming up end of September. I immediately called them and told them that I didn't sign up for a monthly treatment. They looked at my record and stated that what I signed up for was a monthly package not a one-time treatment. I explained to them the conversation that I had with the young guy that came soliciting at my door was for a one-time treatment not monthly. They told me that I will have to pay a cancelation fee if I canceled and report me to collection if I don't pay. I have already taken action with my credit card company and I am ready to take further action as needed regarding this company. I advise anyone considering using them for a one time, short term basis, not to entertain them by even talking to them when they come knocking and soliciting, be warned! Read whatever they give you to sign!!!

I switched to Mira Pest Control this year after their salesperson came by twice and promised excellent service. I signed an 18-month contract expecting results, but my home is now surrounded by large spiders. Clearly, whatever solution they use doesn’t work—if it did, I wouldn’t be seeing this many spiders after their treatments. I even sent them pictures of the infestation, but all I got back was a reminder of my next appointment. No urgency, no extra service, no real concern. Why am I paying for pest control if I still have to live with spider webs all over my yard? With my previous service, a single email meant next-day treatment. Mira, on the other hand, locks you into a contract, delivers minimal results, and leaves you to either live with pests or pay a penalty to escape. Still they bragged about a “5.0” Google rating. Update: agent came in and dealer with the spiders. Knocked down some of those spiders and still some left in the yard. After 4 days more of those yellow black spider shows up in the yard. I guess their treatment dose not have impact on those spiders.

I think they're the worst fumigation company. They come whenever they want. My house is full of spiders and mosquitoes. We can't be outside in the afternoons because we all come out bitten. Yesterday we were outside for five minutes and my wife came out all bitten. Photos attached. I complained, and they didn't do anything.
