Absolutely terrible - any issue or question you made need assistance with will not be answered. It is impossible to talk to a manager on the phone. It takes multiple calls just to get put on a list to be reached out to - no one calls back. I've now had this on multiple occasions - we're done. Often the services they invoice you for are no the actual services they perform. Do not expect anything more than for them to spray some fertilizer on your yard from a truck, we one can easily do themselves. I do not recommend this company at all.

Keith was very helpful in helping me identify some invasive weeds and address that issue. He listened to my concerns and was thorough. The automated notification that he was coming out did not come through so I hope they resolve that.

We have been customers with Arbor Nomics since 2011 and were always very happy with our service. This year 2026 things changed, we are now in August 2026, and our yard has NOT been treated since February of this year. I have called the company three times and was told, "yes we see your account but there is no history of service", my obvious reaction was "WHAT"? Clearly there was a glitch in their system to wipe out my history. I have paper documentation of where I have paid the last five years (I threw out the other old ones). I asked all three times to speak to a manager, they assured me someone would call me back it's now a week later since my last phone call and still haven't heard a word. I am on the search for a new lawn care, chemical service company. Very disappointing! Customer service is NOT what it used to be. Richard Bare is the owner, his son Josh Bare and daughter Tricia Houck work for their dad's company as well, not sure they're aware of what's going on so I thought I would post to share my experience, there may be many other customers just like me that their history was lost as well, and they too are not receiving services.

The worst! Goodness sakes I wish I had never done business with this company. First the lawn service was horrendous and even worse - the customer experience when I tried to get the issues addressed. Ultimately cancelling was a painstaking process over multiple forever holds on the phone and took months to complete.

I would never hire this company. They are unreliable, unresponsive and didn’t fix my lawn as promised. Also after I canceled them they continued coming and charging my credit card 2 months after firing them. I hired Arbor-Nomics after moving into my new house in the summer of 2025. When I moved in I had a few bare spots and weeds in my yard but no other issues. They swore they would have my lawn looking amazing if I signed up with them. After 10 months and almost $1,000 both my front and back lawn look worse than they did when I moved in. I contacted them in early May because I was concerned about a few clusters of weeds in my front lawn. I filled out a service request on their website and a week later sent an email since I did not receive a response to my request. After two weeks I received a response to my first request and was told they scheduled someone to come out and address my concerns, however they never showed up on the scheduled date. Two days after the appointment and with no notice of them rescheduling someone randomly knocked on my door to look at my lawn. He looked at my lawn and told me that they don’t treat the weeds that I had contacted them about and his advice was for me to kill then with roundup (killing the grass around them as well) or manually pull them. This would have been a fairly simple task in early May when I contacted them about my concerns, however in the 3 weeks between then and them sending someone out the weeds had spread from a corner of my lawn to almost the entire thing. In addition of the 4 appointments I had scheduled with them in the spring of 2026, they no showed 2 of the appointments.

I had previously used arbornomics for five years until this week when they over treated and killed the grass in my yard. They no longer have the wonderful tech who knew what he was doing. I asked for the details of what was put on my lawn and no one has been able to answer me. They have had multiple price increases.

SHAF WAS NOT THE TECHNICIAN WHO PROVIDED THE SERVICE!! WEEDS ARE POPPING UP ALL OVER MY LAWN, FROMT AND BACK. This is not the service (no prior notification ; usual technician not present; refused to spray to the fence line) for which I have paid since 2007-present. This is unacceptable. Arbornomics is NOT OFFERING THE SAME QUALITY SERVICE THAT MADE IT GREAT. Too bad.
