Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. The technician showed up 3 hours late, could not be bothered to wait to talk to me (I was on a Zoom call because he was late), and the technician did not apply any treatments as promised (spray or otherwise). I was promised a simple cancellation within 48 hours if I was not happy, which includes if the company did not perform the services outlined in the contract. They did not perform the services (I have video proof) and it has been a nightmare.

Scam. They don’t answer emails or follow up on phone calls, make it impossible to schedule anything and also impossible to break their contract.

The thing that sets great companies apart from good or mediocre companies is service. I've been a customer for just over a year and recently had some issues. After a few short phone calls, everything was resolved. What appeared to be a problem was handled to perfection. A big part of the solution involved Marvin. He arrived at my home and took control of everything I was concerned about. He was very professional in addition to being very efficient. I was informed that he's ben recently promoted, and I can attest that it was well deserved.

Jeshawn, the tech, was awesome! The whole process with this company was great. I highly recommend them. They are super thorough inside and outside of the home. Communication with the company is easy and they are very professional and friendly.

I contacted this pest control company due to a mosquito problem that was getting worse during evenings. The technician first checked stagnant water areas around the house and advised small changes I could make to reduce breeding spots. They then performed spraying both indoors and outdoors, including balcony corners and drains. The process was quick but well-organized. I appreciated that they explained safety precautions clearly. After the treatment, mosquito presence reduced significantly, especially at night, making it much more comfortable to stay indoors.

Jashawn was very professional. He was respectful of my property and took the time to verbally explain what he was doing and why. When Kasgawn was done, it was courteous enough to recap the service I received and what to expect moving forward.

He was awesome!!! He was very patient didn’t rush his work and he was very knowledgeable. I hope that he’s my tech every time. Thank you again. You all came right on time..
