I called and set up an appointment. They said they would call or text 30 minutes prior. I got a text and in less than 5 minutes the truck was at my gate and my dogs were freaking out. I got the dogs in but I TOLD him I need the 30 minutes head up because I had a pet goat that he was scaring. He did not care. He started spraying. I had to leave the goat outside. My home was serviced by Daniel today. He was an excellent communicator and gave me the option to move up my service time if that worked better for me. He was polite when he arrived and greeted myself and my children with kindness. He asked questions to ensure he provided the proper treatment and asks if there was any area that he needed to be mindful of. He was thorough and even notified when he had completed treatment.
