I had the best experience with Brooks pest control! I called late afternoon on a Friday and they were able to book me the next morning. Donte came right on time, and was respectful, kind, throrough, ensuring that he addressed my problem areas as well as treating the full area of my home and exterior. The spray they use is invisible which is a huge improvement from the white residue my last pest control company left throughout my home. And, while the spray is not visible, I can already see the treatment's effectiveness just a day later! I could not be more thrilled with the service! It's wonderful to know that if I need intervention between treatments, they will come for free, and the professionalism and care I received from Donte makes me even more assured about future needs for the home. Everyone I have spoken with at the company, from scheduling to follow up has been upbeat and genuinely caring about their connection with the customer. I'm grateful to have found them and recommend Brooks pest control highly!

Literally these people will not stop harassing me. They don't care what the law says. I am having to hire an attorney just to get them to cease and desist the calls and emails. For $160/month, they came and dropped 2 mosquito dunk buckets on my property and left. Once every 3 months they will come spray so insufficiently that my house looks like its got a biblical plague of monsters crawling up the side of it 2 days laters, my attic is full of bugs and moths, joro spider webs everywhere. Don't waste your money.

Beware you will be under a contract. They will not let you out even if you are having serious financial struggles without a 270 cancellation fee. Offering to cover next months fee but the following month I would be in the same boat. I will not be renewing and I do not recommend!

Customer service with this company is very horrible. I have been with this company for 6 months The salesman sold me a dream... Have called twice to cancel my contract with them. Then they sold me another dream by the way has been a nightmare. DO NOT Believe the lies. I am still having problems after 6 months of payments and very hard to get scheduled appointments to actually follow through. They send you a text saying they'll be here in 5 minutes in an hour and 30 minutes later I'm still waiting. After calling customer service I get asked if I wanted to schedule for another day. I've done wasted one day why would I waste another. Do not waste your time, energy or money with this company!!!

I had a service done without me being home/present. Still gotten charged 126.26! NO REFUND . I spoke with customer service, told me that the lady only sprayed the front yard. I told them I didn’t want anymore services,but I’ll pay for the monthly payments. I seen an unknown charge on my account for 126.26! I didn’t even know the lady came and she only did the front LITERALLY is crazy. I really didn’t know and the only thing they offered was a discount monthly. that’s still messed up that I have to pay a 126.26 charge for a service I didn’t know about nor at home for ! NOBODY was home. Just to let you’ll know!

Do not go with this company unless you want to be scammed !!!! A sales agent knocked on my door one day and promised to negotiate getting out of contract with other companies and never did so. Left me with being charged by the other company and this company . So now I am being charged double it doesn’t make sense to be charged by two pest control companies . They left me hanging and charged me too much money times are hard out here and I don’t appreciate being scammed a s single mom and a disabled veteran !!

Wasn't even moved into my home good and was approached aggressively by these sharks..They sold me on a dream that their product will run bugs the opposite way of my home and that is a guarantee.. After I was aggressively forced to just give them a chance They also needed my card number to pay for someone to come out for the first visit..This is when I should of said no im good but the shark in them would not take a no..He gave me an offer I could not refuse so I said I would give them a one day trial to see if their product would work..Hell I had to pay $60 and all he did was walk around on his phone and just sprayed..For all I know it could of been just water he was spraying..After he was done he had me sign a paper on the clip board to where I authorize for him to charge my card the $60..Now he had my signature..Days went by and it seemed like the bugs got worse than better and after two weeks of nothing happening I called the number and filed a complaint told them I felt scammed and I don't want to be with a service like this..They wanted to act like they cared by saying well mam we apologize but if you want to cancel it's a 300 cancelation fee!! Whatt!!.. So this is when I said I need the manager..He was arrogant, rude ,and could care less cause he already knew he had my card..I told him that one day was paid for and they never came out no more after that but everyday my card tries to get debited twice a day..They have went up to over $500 dollars trying to auto debit my card..They are scammers and they try to steal customers cards and disappear without doing anymore service!! I have no contract don't want one can't trust thieves and a dishonest company..TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I reached out to Brooks back in July, they sent someone out, and I am not sure what he actually did because I found myself at Walmart buying my own products and treating my porch for spiders myself. Keep in mind that I had to pay for Brooks to come out before they would show up, so they were paid for the services that were rendered. I spoke to someone in July after seeing several emails that they were continuing to bill me, and got an email saying that they had discontinued my services due to me not paying them. I thought that was the end of this.... until I woke up this morning to them taking out $479.00 from my account....my question is for what??? and who gave them permission to do so?? This company is scamming people!!! They are unprofessional and inconsiderate in this economy. I have to now figure how to feed my kids due to them going into my account and taking money for a service that they NEVER PROVIDED. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, and the transaction will be disputed with my bank. To think I referred them to people before getting their services in my community app. Do not use them!! They are horrible at pest control and overcharge people for services that were never rendered.

When I initially signed up with Brooks Pest Control, I was optimistic that my spider issue would be resolved. Shortly after purchasing my home, a representative visited my neighborhood, and since I was frequently seeing wolf spiders, I decided to proceed with their services. While the first few months went smoothly, I now regret committing to an 18-month contract. The company charges on a monthly basis but only provides service every other month—and in some cases, not at all. Their last completed visit was in July. I was scheduled for an appointment yesterday, but no reminder was sent. I proactively called that morning to confirm, and a representative assured me that a technician would arrive between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM and that I would receive a call. Unfortunately, no one showed up, and no follow-up communication was provided. This has not been an isolated incident. I have experienced multiple missed appointments, with the explanation often being that no technician was available in my area. The repeated no-shows and lack of reliability have been very disappointing and have made me question the company’s ability to fulfill the service agreement.

if i could leave zero stars i would, this has been the worst experience with any company i have ever used! every time they have came and sprayed, it doesn’t help and they always have a excuse for why it didn’t help! and every time i try to call and cancel they say well let us have someone come spray for free. we have given them chance after chance and they keep getting worse. they lie and pressure you to sign up and then make you pay or keep trying to get you to stay when they’re product doesn’t work and somehow it’s your own fault!

Total Crooks at Brooks. Make sure you read the fine print. Otherwise, you're paying for them to sit there and do nothing. They want to try to give you a free service after being unhappy and wanting to cancel. But that's not what I want. I want my $57 back for half as* service. Then I'm being told they will continue to charge me monthly, even though they're gonna only come out every 3 months. My understanding is they would charge for service when provided, not monthly. Customer service, it's terrible. All I wanted was a refund. He would not provide that. I then wanted to cancel. He said, I had to pay $200 to cancel because it's in the contract. I then asked if he could send the bill to me. So I can pay over time. He said, not possible, they will charge me regardless of what i'm asking for. And then he hung up the phone. I just recommend everybody to go to home depot and get the supplie you need to take care of the rodents/ bugs that are causing issues at your home. Don't follow-up with these "Crooks at Brooks". Update after hanging up the phone and checking my credit card. They charged me $250 not $200 to cancel. I guess the extra $50 was for the "Convenience fee".
