I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by NextGen. They’re subcontracted by my community, yet after four separate maintenance requests about a severe roach infestation, nothing has been effectively treated. Each visit has been careless and unprofessional. They left multiple insect trap and moisture boxes scattered across my countertop—not even set up properly, just tossed there as if my home wasn’t worth the basic courtesy or effort. At this point, the infestation is still ongoing, and the so-called “treatments” have done absolutely nothing to improve the situation. This has been a complete waste of time and shows a total lack of respect for residents and our living conditions.

I recommended this company to my parents because they were veteran owned and seemed to have a good reputation. However, they are not thorough at all and the workers are very lazy . There are better companies. I usually never leave negative reviews but because these service are usually very expensive I want to save someone from spending their hard earned cash.

I've been waiting for my third service and didn't get it. I've called 3 times about it but no response

Initial visit technician was excellent!. Technician weekly visits are awful with given you an estimated time of arrival. If I didn't work I could sit around all day and wait for someone to show up but I do and the technicians have no respect for that. All I ask is give me a timeframe and I can work around that. Since this is weekly it affects my income when I lose a full day of work just waiting.

David was at the home we rent for 5 hours checking and sealing holes from squirrels and mice. Very professional and knowledgeable, and thorough with the house.
