These guys were great. Very polite kept us informed on everything. Would highly recommend. We had a huge bat problem in our attic. These guys were on it. 7 months after we had 6 bats come back. I woke up at 7: 00 am with a animal stuck in my chminey. The animal trying hard to get out. I had heard about ATTIC Kings from other customers rmthat they did work and always try safely return the animal to irs natural habit. The did a great job for me and without asking them to they steel mesh and my chimney so animals could not get in. I highly recommend them.

This review was originally posted by my husband. After posting it, the company contacted him and repeatedly asked that he remove the review, claiming the technician likely scared the raccoon away. In good faith, he removed the review. However, no refund was ever issued, and we have since seen the raccoon again, confirming that the issue was never resolved. We paid $500 for trapping and removal services. The technician arrived while the raccoon was visibly present in the treehouse but did not remove it at that time. Instead, traps were set and later collected without anything being caught or removed. When we requested a partial refund, we were told that relocation itself constituted removal, even though the raccoon remained on our property. As customers, we expected the problem to be addressed and resolved. Instead, we are now forced to spend additional money hiring another company to do the job properly. The fact that the review was removed at the company's request and no refund was provided only adds to our disappointment with the overall experience. We believe others should be aware of our experience before choosing this service.

Our goal is always to provide an effective, humane resolution, and I am very sorry that your experience fell short of your expectations.<br><br>I want to clarify the timeline of events to ensure we are on the same page. Initially, I did offer your husband a $250.00 refund. However, that option was set aside during our conversation because, at that moment, the raccoon had already been successfully evicted. Which is a form of removal. Which is what the signed agreement between us was for. It was for the tree house not your property. When our technician handled the raccoon directly using our wildlife tongs in the tree house the animal was thoroughly spooked and removed himself. In wildlife management, a major scare event like this often deters a raccoon from ever returning, which effectively solves the immediate problem. To be completely certain the treehouse was clear, our technician also set a live trap for a full week. Because no raccoons returned during that week of trapping, the treehouse was confirmed clear, the trap was removed, and the initial job was successfully completed on our end.<br><br>Wildlife removal is often a team effort, and the long-term success of an eviction relies heavily on sealing the entry points immediately. During our conversation, your husband agreed that he would seal the two entry holes within the week before the raccoon had a chance to return. We agreed that as long as those holes were secured, it wouldn't matter if the raccoon was still in the area, as it could no longer gain access to the treehouse. I explicitly mentioned that if the raccoon did happen to return, we would gladly set another trap for an additional week entirely free of charge to give us another opportunity to relocate the animal, and I asked him to call me if that happened. I stressed the importance of sealing those holes quickly so we wouldn't have to revisit the issue, and he assured me he would take care of it a week ago.<br><br>Until this review was posted, we had not received a single phone call or notice from you mentioning that the raccoon had returned. It feels a bit unfair to receive this public feedback without being given the chance to honor our agreement, especially considering the positive, collaborative conversation I had with your husband.<br><br>That being said, I recognize there has been a significant miscommunication here, and I truly want to make this right without any further distress. I am still completely willing to honor my original offers: we can either provide you with another one to two weeks of complimentary trapping, or I can issue the $250.00 refund.<br><br>If you choose to move forward with the complimentary trapping program so we can rectify this, we just ask that the entry holes be sealed immediately after we finish clearing the treehouse again. Raccoons naturally move between different dens, which is unfortunately out of our control. Even if an animal is scared off by grabbing its face with tongs, rather than trapped, it still defines removal from the treehouse. Those entry points must be sealed right away to ensure your investment, as well as our time and effort, doesn't go to waste. Because the holes were left open after our initial trapping period, the wildlife was able to return, leaving the problem unresolved.<br><br>We are fully committed to working with you to resolve this. If you prefer not to proceed with the free trapping, I am more than happy to issue the $250.00 refund your husband originally requested, in exchange for having this review removed. He quickly identified the problem, providing photos and expert insight into what kind of rodent might be involved. I was particularly impressed with the sensor system used to monitor activity. Called Attic Kings as I heard squirrels on my roof or in my attic. I had a large commercial wildlife exclusion company come out the day before him who said they saw trails and evidence of squirrels in my attic and gave me a qoute. Johnathan came out and told me that he was not seeing any evidence that squirrels had made it into my attic. He gave me a quote for what it would cost and told me to wait longer to see if I kept hearing squirrels as he didn't want me to spend money on work that I may not need. This review is not of his work but his honesty which is greatly appreciated. If i do end up needing to fix a squirrel problem I will be using him.

We found a squirrel stuck in our basement fireplace at around 3:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon. We called our normal pest control company and 3 others and none of them could get here on Sunday. When I called Attic Kings, Jonathan said that he should be able to get one of his technicians over. John, the technician, was here by 5 and had the squirrel removed (without hurting it!) by 5:30 pm!!! Awesome service and super grateful to Jonathan and the team and Attic Kings for resolving in such a timely manner!
