Northwest Exterminating - Alpharetta

Disappointed in the service coming out of the Alpharetta office for mosquito control. I signed up for monthly treatments for a period of five months. The first treatment was fine. The second treatment during the month of May didn’t happen. Alpharetta Office failed to schedule it. So they came after I called on May 15. Thereafter, I received a phone call and was told that the mosquito treatment would happen on the 15th of each month. Now, two weeks later, I just got a call from the exterminator that he’s on his way for the mosquito treatment for the month of June. Very poor service coming from a company that has traditionally done a good job. Not sure why this office or this particular extermination service is so poorly run. But I’m not happy about it. And to the owner who responds to some of these reviews, please don’t give me some BS canned response. I really don’t want to hear it.

This dude spent 10 hours (11am to 9 pm) in our neighborhood knocking on doors multiple times at the same houses. How can you trust them to see your pests if their employees can’t even see the big no soliciting signs at the neighborhood entrance and on properties. Maybe because they don’t give a damn.

Northwest is used by our HOA for termites, and I needed some additional help due to some rotting wood in my door that invited a few termites. The two techs showed up on time, were knowledgeable and professional. The work they did to prevent further infestation was great and I feel confident that the issue is solved. I would recommend them.

This company continually harasses customers and makes it impossible to close an account. Despite multiple email requests, they have refused to process my cancellation.

No call/No show two days in a row-no explanation. Asked for a manager to call, never received a call I know customer service is a lost art these days but this is beyond terrible. Avoid doing business with them!
