Very happy with the install of our new termite bait station system. They were very responsive and efficient and came right out and gave me a quote. I was put on the schedule and they came back quickly for installation. They communicated well through text messages and I didn’t even have to be home. Great customer service. Don is gone now all kind of pests are back! Don and his team have gotten rid of all bugs and insects in my house. I have been dealing with different pest control providers with no luck for the past 15 yrs until i finally hired North Fulton, no more roaches! Thank you!

I’ve used North Fulton for my pest control since moving here from Florida. This is a great company, one of the best, for any kind of service, that I’ve ever worked with. Specifics: a real person, usually the same one or two, always answers the phone OR actually returns your call if you leave a message. The communication is as wonderful as their service. They tell you who is coming out, and when, the technician lets you know he is on the way, they do an excellent job, and every person is very nice, friendly, professional, and helpful. They provide service to my son and his family also, and they have had the same excellent experience. I never have any bug problems, but I know if I did, North Fulton will come right out between scheduled appointments to take care of any issues I might have. I very much recommend North Fulton for pest control, you will be so glad you chose them! It’s a rarity these days to find such amazing customer service, and pest control is so important. Great communication from the beginning - the office and the techs can text which is super helpful to schedule things/ask questions during a busy workday. Furthermore, their techs are very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Jack came out today for both pest and rodent control. He was very professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions very patiently. He is also very considerate - for example, he offered to wear shoe covers upon entering the house, which I really appreciate. Jamal did the initial consultation - my husband was at the house for it, but Jamal took the time to give me a call separately to follow up and explain everything to me as well (when he did not have to!). Overall great company with very easy communication, scheduling, and very quick responses!

Went through a few rounds of pest control with a 3-4 different companies, these guys were the only ones that actually found the root of the problem (where the mice were getting in) and solved it. Great to work with, recommended!

Joe makes scheduling easy, is reliable, responsive, and communicative. He has consistently kept our home pest free. I've been really impressed with North Fulton Pest Solutions. My yearly rate for termite control with my previous company had increased so much I needed to make a change. Jemal was super friendly and did a great job on my inspection. Jack came out to install the new sentricon system and he also was very friendly and professional.
