I originally cancelled my short-lived account because I was being charged for an INSIDE AND OUTSIDE service when the company only serviced outside - mind you this is without a notification of when someone would be at our house to service the house to begin with. Now I call to schedule the inside being done since it is something I STILL paid for regardless of time but I’m “9” days outside of my warrantee (convenient) and because I won’t reinstate the account, I can’t get what I PAID for. I request Maurice only because of his experience and his kin eye to detail, really really an excellent tech.
