I paid for the service that would include extermination of rodents for 12 months. I was told that I was paying for a service that would have a tech check every 7 days. They provided the intial service late at night when the tech couldn't see. The came out a 2nd day several days later to "finish" but it was also dark. After this was done, traps were left for more than 3 weeks with dead rodents before someone came to remove them. I have called to speak with a manager twice in the last two weeks a
