I scheduled an inspection with Lookout Pest Control for Friday, 11/07/25, and the experience was unbelievably unprofessional. When Alex called to discuss my appointment, he cut me off as soon as I began describing my situation. Instead of listening, he told me I “needed to see a doctor” and that there was nothing they could do. I had a issue with a rats at a location. They came and put glue and traps. It didn't work, I called they told me it would take a couple of days. After one week nothing happend rats are all over the location and I went and setup a rat trap with another pest control company the name do it your own pest control who took of the problem. Since then I called lookout I dont need the service and I dont want to continue being charge because I was unhappy. The office clerk told me they would take care of
