I have been with Allgood for 20 years, and not only was satisfied I recommended this service to several people. Not anymore. I paid $600 for a wildlife exclusion service that was not done well. After 6 weeks, I had to call another company to remove a snake. When I opted for their exclusion service (500) the tech found and showed me a small hole under the doorframe of the crawl space where any critter who chose could enter. Impossible to get a call back for help. Emailed several times and didn't get any help with what I was looking for. Made calls, left messages and noone returned calls or emails with answers. Been with them for 7 years and the previous owner transferred the bond to us... so over 15 yrs of service at the same house. Found out today there's a $150 to get a termite letter for a closing.
