Matthew saved me today from a monster spider on my screen door. One call Laura answered and had Matthew right out. He made it safe for me to go through the door lol. I’ve used HomeTec for 2 years now and have never been disappointed or found bugs after service. Not only does he treat the inside of my home but also all those annoying ants outside. Technician arrived 45 mins late to the appointment . I had to call the office before the technician arrived. I would recommend other pest control companies who have a customer first attitude and who value their customer's time.

This is a true example of a local well run family business. We have used many companies over the years and will continue to use this one from now on. They are very fair.... not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. Their service is fantastic. We have been assigned someone that does all our services and has done them for years. His name is Mr. Tim and he texts me and will call me to let us know when he is coming and what he plans on doing. He also asks if everything is ok.... do we have ants, do we have spiders etc. he cares about what he does and will even go as far as meeting me here if we have a question or two. I can recommend this company 100%. We are extremely pleased and will probably use them for many, many years to come. We are in Canton Ga.

I would recommend HomeTec to anyone looking for a really great, trustworthy post control company. They do a great job and go above what other companies have offered or done. They are also super accommodating for scheduling

I have been using another pest control company for years and my home has always been bug free. Recently, I hired HomeTech to do the job and they did the first spray inside and outside, July 2018. Barely two months letter I started seeing bugs in my house. When Tim, their Tech, came for the quarterly service, I raised the issue with him and he sprayed both inside and outside again. I rarely had the inside sprayed quarterly even yearly. Their bill contained for inside sparay although it is obvious the inadequacy of their spraying was the cause for the need for the second inside spraying within a quarter. I called to lodge a complaint and I was told Tim, the Tech will contact me, but he never did. Right now I am seeing bugs again although the inside of the house was resprayed. When I called the manager to complain, all she could tell me was they could not guarantee anything. I know now , if you give your work to the wrong company, one thing is guaranteed. It will not work.

Dale has provided the service at our home for 10 years and is always so nice and kind! Not to mention our home is always bug free. They do an excellent job!

After paying $600 per year for 12 years couldn't help us when we did have a problem...very unfortunate and forced us to find another company that would take care of the problem

I called HomeTec Exterminating because I thought my screened porch off the deck had termites. I was assured that it was probably carpenter bees, and Randy came out to look at it. Randy pointed out the hole and as we were talking we saw the bee entering the hole. As I grabbed a ladder, Randy went to his truck to get a spray and he sprayed inside the hole, effectively killing the bee and any eggs in there. Then he checked the outside of my house with me for any more. He answered several questions I had about the termite stations I have with HomeTec. His visit relieved my worries!

I have always had great service from Hometec Exterminating. I am a Combat wounded Vietnam Veteran. Hometec does all of my pest control and supports all of our veteran programs. I am the past state of Georgia Commander of the Military Order of the Purple and I am proud to be associated with the Hometec crew. Ask about their veterans discount.

I'm not sure who Dale is but apparently I would have been better off with him. We had Brad P. and he was of absolutely zero help. We actually ended up in worse shape with our rat problem then before we called him. Over $300 spent in 2 weeks and he laid 6 $2 traps in our store room. What a huge waste of money. Buyer beware and do your research.

Have had nothing but good experiences with HomeTec. Have been a customer of theirs for years. Dale has been our technician for a very long time and really does an excellent job.

We had a swarm of unknown bugs in the house. Was afraid it might be termites b/c we have never paid for any protection in last 6 years. When HomeTec arrived they did not see any bugs and after inspection assured us it was not termites. Must have been gnats or something. We were very relieved, they did not charge us or try to sell us a treatment plan we did not need. Will be the only exterminator I use from now on. Sure hope I don't need one. Thanks HomeTec!

Dale is very professional and very thorough. He checks that all the traps are working, clears away spider and insect webs from the windows, and works with me on any ant problems we might have had in the house. I would recommend him to any of my friends.
