Himalaya Pest control is outstanding ! I was dumbfounded at the level of care, promptness and thoroughness Kumar showed me on a weekend on short notice. I was panic stricken about the strong possibility of bedbugs. He gave me in depth scientific information as well as a one on one inspection which identified accurately that I did not have bedbugs but had a carpet bug problem. He gave me information about what to do and a great referral to someone else for help. His honesty and caring approach were greatly appreciated. I have never had a better experience with a knowledgeable professional when it really counted. I highly recommend Himalaya Pest Control. I live in the Duluth area and met with him during this crises in May 2026.

Bedbugs are not a welcome experience! But if you ever have them in your home Himalaya Pest Control is the company to call. We contacted Himalaya thru "Ask Dale" and they responded quickly. Kumar came to us in Monticello, Ga on Jan. 20, 2026 and did a thorough inspection to confirm our problem. We had already used 2 other companies to address the bedbug infestation; one national company and another business out of SC. Needless to say they took our money but didn't resolve the problem. Himalaya did a one-time heat treatment on March 20, 2026 and so far there has been no evidence of live bedbugs. Kumar has checked in with us on numerous times since the treatment. Kumar also returned to the house on April 24th to do a follow-up inspection. If you have the unfortunate experience of having bedbugs find your home don't waste your time calling any other pest service than Kumar Mehta and Himalaya Pest Control; the only bedbug service "Ask Dale" recommends. I want to add that Kumar worked with us through a family crisis with sympathy and respect; this is the reason for the time between the initial visit and the one-time treatment. Kumar is determined to be successful in solving our issue and I feel confident he will do what is necessary to do so. My only regret is that we didn't find Himalaya in the beginning. - JH

You really cannot do better. Kumar is very knowledgeable and really goes the extra mile for customer service. Very responsive to text and email even over the weekend and even helped me at his home with some items that needed treatment before the day of service at my home. On the day of treatment at my home, he was very thorough, and I felt very confident treatment would be successful. And it was. He takes real pride in his service.

Kumar’s Service is exceptional. He’s completely honest and very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the whole terrifying experience. It’s definitely worth the money. Kumar treated my home a 5bed 2 bath home with just 1 treatment. I have had issues with this pest in the past and spent too much money with retreatments and trying other remedies. When he says it will be 1 treatment, he meant it! This treatment was done back in August and still no site. He educated us and made great suggestions to help with the process. It did not take alot of time either and he was at my home early in the morning. His equipment goes higher in temp than most so he was able to go above and beyond the minimal temperature. I would recommend and reuse if need be( hopefully i won't have to).

I can't say enough about how wonderful the experience was working with Himalaya Pest Control. Every single step in the process was extremely thorough and swift. One stop shop for Bed Bugs expertise from Kumar, Himalaya Pest Control. What started out as a scary discovery earlier in the day.. Kumar came out right away after work hours to inspect the home. Luckily it turned out to be a false alarm, but throughout the process he shared his knowledge about these critters, and what to look. Even brought a small microscope. I truly appreciated his integrity and professionalism.

If you find yourself in a pinch, with an unexpected pest issue, save yourself time and call Himalaya Pest Control. We found ourselves in an unbelievable bedbug mess. Our local pest control company suggested we call Kumar. It was late in the evening and Kumar was on another job. He still found the time late that night to go inspect our cabin. Kumar understood the urgency and need to resolve the problem because we had more guests checking in later in the week. I don't know if he shuffled his schedule, but what I do know is that before we knew it he was our our cabin PROFESSIONALLY fixing the problem. Along with training our cleaning staff Kumar has followed up to inspect his own work. Without question Himalaya Pest Control is professionally run and we highly recommend Kumar and his services.

I have never had bed bugs in my life. I felt very comfortable with Kumar in my home , even left my keys with him while we went to dinner so he could treat my car. That key ring had keys to everything I own.. Kumar went above and beyond to save my floors and was so very kind. Getting ready for him was a eye opener. Treated my parent’s house 3 times and never got rid of bed bugs. The dog inspection after the first two treatments missed an infested chair. Kumar promised to take the chair away after the 3rd treatment for “study” purposes but instead left the chair in an elderly person’s yard that was incapable of removing the chair. The chair sat in his yard for almost 3 months before we were able to arrange it’s removal (due COVID and infestation). Then blamed my high risk quarantined elderly step father of going somewhere to bring the bugs in again and refused to acknowledge that a nest may be somewhere the heat wasn’t reaching. Bugs are still extremely bad in his bedroom and Himalya wanted to charge us $2200 to treat again.
