Got Bugs Termite and Pest have been servicing my house since 2014. They are family owned and hence they treat you like a person and not a number. When I do call, they are highly responsive and ensure any pest concerns are handled quickly especially the pesky spider we get in the spring/summer. Their products are highly effective because since 2014, they only had to spray inside my house once. The bug/pest barrier their products create are incomparable in my opinion. I had a very bad experience with this company. I spent more than a year with this service and my lawn went from bad to worse. I had to take it all out and replace it with artificial turf at an expense of $3000. I was constantly engaged with personnel coming treat the lawn and they would charge for extra services, give me lots of reasoning but to no avail. Once i cancelled the service, i got charged for 2 additional services- i called the folks multiple times and they said they will look into it

Got Bugs said quote "we don't have contracts" but kept sending me contracts to sign anyways. I told them I had decided NOT to hire them after they kept sending me text messages nonstop. Even though I fired them before they started work, they showed up anyways. Then they charged my credit card twice. Now they continue to harass me nonstop by text, phone and emails. Today they sent me two invoices. Stay away from this company.
