Alexx does our servicing and is so kind, quick, and professional. He came to do a reservice to treat a roach issue and he was very thorough and explained well what he was doing. Arete is easy to schedule with, sends a reminder text/call and alexx always calls with a heads up before arriving. I’m hoping this more intensive reservice treatment is helpful but feel good knowing I can always call for follow up before my next treatment if need be!

Set up an appointment to have an exterminator come out to service our house. After the time the exterminator was supposed to be here and was late by 2 hours I called to see if they were still coming out. I spoke to someone and they said someone should of contacted me to let me know they don't service our area EVEN tho I live in Cumming where they're supposed to service. Extremely disappointed.
