Sean and his team at Animals B Gone have been our only choice for ~10 years. They have always been there when we needed them and we even contracted them to do other services like hanging a swing. We had a problem with gray squirrels and flying squirrels getting into our attic. We'd had exclusions done in the past by two different companies, and each time the squirrels were back in after a short time. This spring we hired Animals B Gone to redo the exclusion work. When we started hearing noises this fall, we weren't sure if the squirrels had gotten back in or if they were just trying to, so I called for an inspection. Sean came out promptly to recheck all of their work and he noticed tooth marks in some areas, but found that nothing was breached. They were thorough enough to put metal plates behind the sections of wood they had replaced. Not only did they do a great job up front, but they also stood by their work. I highly recommend Animals B Gone.

I have been working with Animals B Gone for years on two different houses. They have always gone above and beyond for me. Recently, I needed to have them review my gutters, crawl space and roof. Ken made sure to inspect the house and let me know what is necessary to get done and what to add for the future. The main thing you needed was basically what we did. 1. Gutter covers 2. Gutter cleaned out 3. Roof maintenance I really took a hard look at the roof, there were also some places you had cracked shingles and places where nails had popped out of the roof decking or shingles. I used the same sealant (NP1) To seal those. Given the age of your roof it is completely normal to have those shingles crack or nail pops. It wasn't anything specific about your roof. 4. Switching out the Five-inch gutters to six inch in areas the roof is catching an enormous amount of water. 5.Refurbished chimney pan. The silver you see is the actual chimney armor sealed after it has been applied. The spark arresters do not have the sealant since they are not galvanized nor does water sit on them like the chimney pan 6. Looked for rodents. We had both houses sealed and it is lifetime warranty. After the work was completed, he sent me pictures (before and after). The communication was very easy. He always let me know when he was coming and never late. I highly recommend the company. I found Animals B Gone during an online search. I'd hired another company to deal with a rodent infestation, but after three months the animals were running through my attic and walls like Kentucky derby contestants. I couldn't rest at night for the chewing, scratching and scurrying. After, I saw Sean's very thorough proposal I knew I'd found the right company. He provided a step-by-step outline of the service needed, as well as advised me of ways in which the previous company bungled the exclusion work. Sean showed up on time and he and his partner worked in the blazing sun to complete the work on the roof and gutters. I've never seen anyone so knowledgeable and determined to get rid of pests. I'm happy to say I'm resting well again.

Sean and his team worked with me to identify, trap some flying squirrels, and perform a full exclusion on our home. Happy with the added benefits like cleaned/more secured gutters and random sealed openings!

After 12 year dealing with mice we finally found Sean (animals b gone) he was very honest with us. He and his crew spent several days in our building to find and fix all the ways the mice was getting into the building. He charged a very reasonable price to fix a problem that no one was able to fix. Today we don’t have any mice around because of Sean. I used Animals B Gone a few years ago when I needed to stop creatures from coming into my attic. They did a great job at sealing my house. I called them again just recently because I need to change the gutters and wanted to make sure the intrusion exclusion was kept intact. They did a great job and were done quickly despite the multiple rain storms. I highly recommend them. EDIT to add. If you live in Atlanta and had rats at one point, you can be sure they will work hard for years to come back! Even after generations, they still work to come back to the same spot. A few weeks ago I heard some noises and I called Animals B’Gone and they immediately came to check my property. They closed where the rats had made their way in and they have been back every few days to clear the traps. The original intrusion work was from more than 10 years ago! I am impressed by how they stand by their lifetime warranty. I promise you will need that if you live in Atlanta!

The customer service of Animals B’ Gone continues to be EXCELLENT! I heard some scratching in the ceiling. Upon arriving at my home, Sean exhibited great professionalism of knowledge and customer service. He viewed the ceiling where I heard the noise, entered the attic, and walked the roof taking photos of where an animal was gnawing on wood in an effort to gain entry . He took photos of loose wood on the chimney to let me know of other potential points of entry. I very much appreciated the quick response and was relieved to know that prevention was still an option. This company continues to be top notch in serving my residential needs.

We hired Animals B Gone recently to deal with a pest problem that we just could not seem to fix. The guys from Animals B Gone were thorough with their initial inspection, charged a fair price, and were very diligent with their work. They went the extra mile at every step and were professional and courteous. They were also responsive to our questions and made sure we knew what they were doing at every step. Best of all, they have been very effective; within days, our pest problem was resolved! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Nobody does it better. I have used them for critter protection and have not had any issues ever since they did over 5 years ago. Now when I had water issues and how my current gutters were not doing the job, they were the ones I called because of service and price. Animals B Gone did the exclusion work on a house I recently purchased. I called about transferring the lifetime warranty and had a great discussion about gutter issues that I was having at the time. Sean was meticulous in his report, provided an estimate (which was very competitive with other gutter companies), and answered all of my questions. I even called some of the references for his gutter work, since you wouldn't normally associate installing gutters with Animals B Gone services. The gutter crew was efficient and completed the work within 2 days (in between some rain storms). They did a great job of cleaning up and putting all of the deck furniture back in place. Sean was easy to work with and came the next day to do his inspection of the gutters, which I really appreciated. Used another exclusion service before connected to my exterminator. They were terrible. Lousy work and ongoing problems. They charged an exorbitant fee too and kept charging. And, wanted to make you pay annual fee which was also super expensive. So glad I found Animals b Gone. Great work, reasonable price and they guarantee for life. Couldn't be happier.

Highly recommend Sean and his crew. We discovered an issue with bats in the attic. They took care of it promptly and professionally. They also provide gutter services and we decided to add gutter guards. Several days later following heavy rain one of the downspouts was leaking heavily. They came out the next morning immediately and corrected the issue.

The Animals B Gone team responded quickly on a weekend to my call about squirrels nesting in one of our front porch pillars. The team came out that afternoon and did an assessment of that situation and then examined the rest of our home. They showed me pictures of what was right and what was wrong and then answered y litany of questions. They followed up later that evening with a written quote with the cost for the squirrel removal (trapped and removed, not killed) and optional services to reduce the likelihood that the squirrels would return and other suggested protections for our home. What I liked best was there was no hard sell - "This is what we suggest, but you choose what makes sense for you and your budget" was their approach. We decided to also pursue a number of the options in addition to addressing the squirrel problem. The team was here 2-3 days later and spent almost four days completing all the work which looks amazing! We have neighbors who had issues with squirrels at the same time and the difference between the work we had done and theirs is night and day. Ours is almost unnoticeable. Simpy said - I have no regrets and recommend Animals B Gone without reservation.

My home sat on the market before we renovated. We understood that squirrels and other animals had been in the home but we didn't see or hear any for approximately 10 months. Then the squirrels decided to come back to the attic. I had several companies come out to provide an opinion as we planned to replace the old attic insulation with new. Sean - Ken and team did a fantastic job. They were the only company that did a complete survey of the home. They provided me with a report detailing all the issues - including pictures of entry points. They climbed on the roof - got in the crawls space and basement etc. Other companies simply eyeballed the roofline, measured and provided a quote. While Animals b Gone was doing the work, Ken also noticed damage to the roof and some flashing issues around my chimney. They fixed it all gratis. A great team- thorough work you can trust.

Great work and remarkable warranty. A quick story. I had major squirrels and raccoons in my attic about 6 or 7 years ago. I had Animals B Gone get rid of them, a few months later there was another squirrel in the attic and they came out and honored their lifetime warranty. Cool. Had a rat in the basement a few years later, they caught the large fella and sealed up all the stuff in the basement. Recently, which was at least 3 years from the rat, we had a mouse in the house. Could have gotten in any which way. Called Animals B Gone again, they came out, found a place to seal and set traps. When I went to pay them which I fully was happy to do, they said it was warranted work. Who does that? This company honors not only warranted work you expect but stuff years later for what seemed to be a different problem. Fantastic and unexpected. (By the way - the squirrels and raccoons have never returned).
