They were supposed to be here today. Typical phone's not working. Can't contact anybody be wary, Barry wary? About this company, we spent a shitload of money on somebody that doesn't even really do anything.

Sir, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. However, if this is the correct Eric Price that I spoke too; I would like to refute your claim publicly as we were in your residence for a German Roach infestation in which you claimed was "working very well" and you ended up getting upset that we came back too quickly and wanted to reschedule. We advised against this and then you began screening our calls. I know this because you stated to one of my office staff that you were recording every call. I called, you called back and promptly hung up on me as I was trying to rectify the issue. I then attempted to contact you three more times on different days, even leaving a voicemail on your wife's phone; but yet again no contact. I even wrote you an email explain why we come as often as we do when you have a German Roach infestation as bad as yours was. This is to keep the chemicals in rotation along with a growth regulator as the females remain pregnant once they begin. We attempted to resolve your issues, but due to personality conflicts we parted ways. In no way was this the fault of the technician nor the chemicals. You are upset that we did not operate on your timeline. Unfortunately, neither to the roaches. I hope this clarifies many things for you that I tried to have a conversation with you about. Raymond and Sully know exactly what it takes, one visit and our lawn is lush. The weeds are almost all gone. Did pest control as well and it's all good. More impressed after 2nd visit!!! Glad I found them, bi monthly set up keeps the price low too. Thanks guys!

Even in a drought our yard still is looking great with only water once a week. Our guy who came out, Raymond, always asked us where the problems are before spraying. We used their service for 4 years after having Trugreen for a year with horrible results. The photo and video below are during a drought as we were listening our home. The weeds from the golf course were bad before Shamrock.

My lawn was in great shape. Then this started to happen. The spots were small...we have several areas that got like the picture. We had Hope's they could fix it. Our tech never knew what the problem was just sprayed. It got worse and worse ... Very frustrating. Now it's our problem :/

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. The lady who handles the phone calls is RUDE. The gentleman who came and gave me a quote was very good and friendly, but other than that it was horrible. I waited over a week from the day of the quote to finally here back from them and then they couldn't give me a time of when they could come. As a business owner myself, this is not how you run a business!! I'll be finding a different company.

I have been a customer of shamrock of years! First of I have huge activity of root rot in my front yard after they told me they were treating and it’s just getting worse. I hired them to do pests in my home as well inside and outside. I called and was afraid I might have termites the lady Debbie I believe her name is had the owner call me I sent him a picture he said yup that’s termites. We can treat them for 1,000 and yearly fee to have the bait stations constantly being filled. I called a friend of the family who has a pest control company I sent him the same picture I sent the owner. He said that’s not termites they’re ants!!! He also came out to inspect just to make sure!!! I called back shamrock to let Debbie know what happened just to communicate! They sent me a letter saying they can no longer do service at my house and why I ask because ur ashame of straight lying or just admit you were wrong!! Shamrock never even offered to come out and inspect !! Why because I didn’t give a 1,000 for bait stations unbelievable!

Ma’am, I personally looked at the photos provided and Mrs. Pat (not Debbie) specifically told you they were ants. We do not charge $1000 for Sentricon. That is not how we do business. I was in the office when she called you so I know this to be fact. In addition, your lawn has root rot which we provided several fungal treatments for in fact we had nine service calls on your lawn for the same item. We explained watering too you and with refusal to change watering schedules we felt it be better that you go with a different company. Lawns are a two way street and we ask our customers to adhere to our guidance to help prevent fungus from forming. We obtain our guidance from IFAS and you are more than welcome to go to them for any information we ever provide. They are an educational resource for the state and we work very closely with them to provide exceptional service.
