Bats in our belfry! AND during mating season. What could be worst? Mike calmed us down promised he would be back when mating season was over (bats are protected). He did come back with Justin. What marvelous workers. Our house guests of 300+ were shown the exit door and netting installed. Then the clean up started . Holes repaired, contaminated insulation removed specially treated new insulation blown in and a special spray for odors. Boy, did they work! And, they came back for follow ups to make sure all was secure.

Mike Hubbard came on site today to one of our managed commercial properties. We were having an issue with termites in a rotting branch of the tree out front of my office. He came out and sprayed and took the time to explain to me his findings. He was very professional and helpful. Thank you Mike!! :) Suzan @ ARK Property Solutions

This company NO longer exists in its original business. I was with them (Citarella) for lawn treatments and recently they were bought by Florida Pest Pros. It’s very misleading to the public to still show this business as operating as Citarella because it’s not. From my experience, service has definitely declined since the purchase and merging into Florida Pest Pros.

Very unprofessional. I have tried calling a couple of times to talk to a manager but never can seem to get anyone on the phone. Citarella was hired by the buyer of my property to do a pre-sale termite inspection. The guy that came out apparently thought it was ok to use the facilities in my empty, CLEAN house. The reason I know it was a guy is because he left the toilet seat up and left urine all over the toilet and all over the floor and dirty hand prints on the freshly painted doors. So, I had to sanitize the bathroom and wipe down everything. Just because the house is empty and up for sale, it does not give you free reign to do whatever you want on my property. Not only that, he also caused some minor damage to a door frame to one of the out buildings, it looks like he scraped it with a knife. I would highly recommend you find another company to do any work for you.

Bunch of liars and thieves. Kris performed our home inspection on a new home and gave it a passing grade of having no termites. Less than a month after moving in, termites were discovered in our cabinets by us. We had Kris come back out and he recommended a spot treatment, for a not so cheap cost of thousands of dollars. When the technician came out and discovered it was supposed to be a spot treatment in cabinets, he immediately told us we shouldn't do it and it would both destroy the cabinets with holes and wouldn't actually get rid of them. The worst part of this is, the technician just ran his finger down the frame of the cabinet and went "hear that?" as there was a slightly hollow sound. "That's a termite cavity behind the paint." If the technician can that quickly, and noninvasively, find termites in the cabinets, then Kris also should have been able to do it. We have spoken to a couple other termite specialists and they all state that cabinets are a hotbed for termites and they should have been inspected more closely. We have now been waiting on Kris to respond to us for weeks, and he keeps dodging our calls and missing his response deadlines for how he plans to remedy this problem. He was supposed to get back to us today after needing 3 days to provide a tenting bid and has ghosted us again. Kris is incompetent as an inspector, and we now have an infested home due to this incompetence that he refuses to own up to and remedy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR KRIS FOR YOUR INSPECTIONS OR YOU'LL REGRET IT!!!

I have been with Citarella for several years. I have a concern with the amount of turn over with employees. I have tried being patient, but when I'm getting billed for service that is not complete, or wrong chemical used. they have had instructions since the start Not to go to my home without me there. I'm concerned with the safety of my pets and small children. I'm now canceling my service at my shop and my home. I have no idea who the people going there are. then send a bill. not working for me. I don't do business this way. atleast the last technician Lisa would call make sure I was there and use the correct products. it's a shame that they think it's OK to do business this way. 😕

George is awesome! He is always informative and friendly. He does an excellent job of communicating his plans and intentions for each visit. All the staff here at Brick City Park appreciate him!

We moved here from Phoenix Arizona into a house that was remodeled and sat vacant for over a year. We got here late Saturday night and the house was infested with ants with wings, spiders and all sorts of bugs. My wife was freaking out! I bought a bunch of bug killer and I made a small dent but she was still freaking out and wanting to go back to Phoenix. She got a referral from someone and she called Citarella and they sent out Earl. Earl came out and within a month, month and a half he knocked out of the park. 100% better and the bugs are under control. Earl is a great tec and the prices are very reasonable in fact not sure how they can make any money with such good prices. Earl is very thorough and has a great personality and would recommend him and the company he works for to any of my friends. Five stars all the way.

Kris did our inspection in order to close and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of my questions and went into depth to ease my worries!

Just had our new Technician George come out. He was very easy to talk to and provided top notch customer service.

HORRIBLY OVERPRICED, extremely snotty “customer service” staff & condescending responses to all my legitimate questions. First of all, why does this firm insist on annual inspections if 1. They said they warranty for 10 years and 2. Don’t they stand by their 10 year warranty? Second: Annual “termite inspection” costs $385 every year. Third: “Inspector” walks around the property for 6 minutes. Other (REPUTABLE!!!) termite/pest control firms charge much less & some inspect for free. Shop around. Don’t overpay!!!

I have been with Citarella for several years and have had great success with them. The BEST technician I have ever had is Bill, who currently services my home. He is respectful, extremely knowledgeable and always contacts me before he is coming, so that I can talk to him about any concerns . He is very thorough and honest; I cannot say enough good about him.

Great service and reasonable prices

I must say that I can only speak about Citarella Pest in a good manor, but there is an outstanding person employed there. I must say that my experience with them has been stellar. I know that they are highly trained , Knowledgeable and educated in their field, they are always on time If not, they give you notice that they’ll be warning late, they are a great team player. Fantastic service. Phil has been our tech for almost two years; he is always prompt to get back to me, and typically makes a stop within 48 hours if we need anything between quarterly services. We have kids and pets, so ants love our home - Phil has managed to keep us ant free despite my family's efforts. Would recommend to anyone looking for a pest control company, and have done so many times!

Recently had our home inspected for termites and was very happy with the exceptional service provided by this company. Our inspector Kris was very engaging and it was clear that his commitment was to customer service. He was informative, knowledgeable and timely. Would recommend to anyone looking for termite and pest management inspections.

These guys and gals are great. They took care of everything I needed right away. They were professional, and polite. Been a customer for almost 2 years and the service they provide has been great. I encountered an issue a last year, but was personaly contacted by the owner, Kevin, on a holiday, and he was eager to get the issue fixed promptly. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but Citarella will enthusiastically work to make things right. I highly recommend them!
