Prompt, thorough, friendly service, that we have come to rely on. Always notifies us when we are due for our service. Technition, "John" is knowledgeable, and always accommodating.

Very knowledgable and friendly. Agent arrived on time and did a thorough job. Price seemed fair for the amount of work done.
We had both our 4 point inspection and Pestboyz inspection done on a home we are purchasing at the same time. Jacob came and did a thorough job that even the 4 point inspector was impressed with his thoroughness and will be reaching out to have services done. Once we get into the home we will be calling them for preventive services. Thank you Jacob!

Austin was very efficient and knowledgeable.
Tim was on time, polite and knowledgeable. It started pouring rain so my outside treatment has to wait till Thursday but he treated the inside of my house explaining everything as he went and telling me what to expect. I was happy to hear he didn’t think the bug I found was a termite but we will be doing a treatment for them in the fall for prevention. He also found some points of entry that we have to address. We have been dealing with tiny ants and palmetto bugs, had been doing home defense and it wasn’t working anymore. The price is reasonable and we are so happy we have signed up for their services!
The process was great! From initial inquiry to the actual house call, it was a breeze. Jacob did a wonderful job explaining their process and pricing and even helped us make a decision on services. There was no pressure and we appreciated his personable and easy going professionalism. I’m so glad we chose a local company to handle our pest services.

First service- so far so good. Scheduling was easy and they came out quickly. Tim B was very personable, neat appearance and explained what he was going to do for treatment. He also clearly informed us as to what product was being used, why, and expected effects of treatment. Also discussed the do’s and don’t’s regarding the service and our pets!

When I asked about a home inspection when we bought our house they said the house was fine some dry rot in 2 location. Then told our realtor that the house was treated and was good for 5 to 7 years. I called back 3 years later b.c now we have termites and I wanted to get an update on it and the guy said he did not remember that so I sent an email the next day and did not even get a response back. When I looked on our sellers contract inspection it said the house was never treated. So 1 I have been ignored and 2 I was lied too. I do not trust this company. Oh and the inside of the house was never inspected either.

I want to first thank you for choosing Pestboyz for your WDO Inspection <br>however, facts do matter. <br>First of all we will not release a report unless we can access the inside of the house. We did inspect the entire home.<br>You called me with a termite problem on June 18,2023 about Our inspection that was done on March 3, 2020. <br>The State Department of Agriculture WDO form is very clear on this and I will dictate " THIS REPORT IS MADE ON THE BASIS OF WHAT WAS VISIBLE AND READILY ACCESSIBLE AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION AND DOES NOT <br>CONSTITUTE A GUARANTEE OF THE ABSENCE OF WOOD-DESTROYING ORGANISMS (WDOs) OR DAMAGE OR OTHER EVIDENCE UNLESS <br>THIS REPORT SPECIFICALLY STATES HEREIN THE EXTENT OF SUCH GUARANTEE. <br>The only way any Termite and Pest Control company can guarantee termites is if they treated the house and if it is on a current contract. <br>Homes must be inspected ANNUALLY to ensure that termites are not present as they can start up at any time.<br> I always feel terrible when this happens to people and our customers that are under a current contract know that I will do all possible to make sure they are protected from nasty termites.<br> I also explained on the phone that we can come out free of charge to investigate your problem and you declined and said you would have to get back with me.<br>We go above and beyond to find all and any conditions that would cause a termite infestation and we cannot guarantee what another company did. <br>My notes show that your house is a wood frame home built in 1973 and based on the age of the home and the fact it is wood frame your house is at high risk for termites. <br>As far as lying, No one lied to you. <br>You went 3 years without taking care of your problem. <br>

Waited a week for my appointment. The day of came waited for them for a hour and they never showed. I called and told me I never made the appointment. If you want your house sprayed I suggest calling else where cause they won’t show!

We currently do not service Citrus County<br>We service Pasco up to North Hernando<br>We strive for service excellence in These areas and is difficult to service Citrus as it is 1 hour out of our service area<br>I hope you find a good local company
