Tim was on time, polite and knowledgeable. It started pouring rain so my outside treatment has to wait till Thursday but he treated the inside of my house explaining everything as he went and telling me what to expect. I was happy to hear he didn’t think the bug I found was a termite but we will be doing a treatment for them in the fall for prevention. He also found some points of entry that we have to address. We have been dealing with tiny ants and palmetto bugs, had been doing home defense and it wasn’t working anymore. The price is reasonable and we are so happy we have signed up for their services!

The process was great! From initial inquiry to the actual house call, it was a breeze. Jacob did a wonderful job explaining their process and pricing and even helped us make a decision on services. There was no pressure and we appreciated his personable and easy going professionalism. I’m so glad we chose a local company to handle our pest services.

First service- so far so good. Scheduling was easy and they came out quickly. Tim B was very personable, neat appearance and explained what he was going to do for treatment. He also clearly informed us as to what product was being used, why, and expected effects of treatment. Also discussed the do’s and don’t’s regarding the service and our pets!

When I asked about a home inspection when we bought our house they said the house was fine some dry rot in 2 location. Then told our realtor that the house was treated and was good for 5 to 7 years. I called back 3 years later b.c now we have termites and I wanted to get an update on it and the guy said he did not remember that so I sent an email the next day and did not even get a response back. When I looked on our sellers contract inspection it said the house was never treated. So 1 I have been ignored and 2 I was lied too. I do not trust this company. Oh and the inside of the house was never inspected either.

Horrible company

Waited a week for my appointment. The day of came waited for them for a hour and they never showed. I called and told me I never made the appointment. If you want your house sprayed I suggest calling else where cause they won’t show!
