Guess their office can't seem to know what a phone call, text message is. They repeatedly didn't notify us of upcoming service. Today, I was getting out of the shower (before 8AM) and my dogs went nuts, as their service man was outside our front door, started cleaning the webs from our entrance. I did let him know I was not happy. Not his fault, it's his office personal. I let him finish, but that's the last time.

I’ve tried all many different lawn and shrub companies over the years and Integrity is head and shoulders over them all. I’ve had only 2 applications and my grass looks really good already. For reference when the Jamie first came out my lawn was pretty patchy and had a to of weeds. They sent a tech out the following week and he spent a few hours here. Second application just happened a couple days ago and it’s really unbelievable how good it’s already coming along. I can’t wait to see my lawn after a full season. Highly recommend!

I am a snowbird and had them service my lawn for several treatments. When I returned back to Florida in the fall of 2025 the weeds had taken over my lawn in Pine Ridge. The grass has never looked this horrible. I was surprised that when I canceled the service they never even asked why or tried to remedy the problem. I guess it's time to give Massey a try as I heard good things about them.

We have been doing business with Integrity Pest Control Services for less than a year, well not to sure of the length of time, what I am sure of there service is impeccable. Today Joey is doing my yard, this gentleman is so knowledgeable and a very personal guy to boot, it’s always a pleasure talking with Joey. The other guys (my wife usually deals with them so I don’t know their names), are nice also so far going the extra mile to assure that we are getting good service.

They always did a good job. I will say that they were a little strict. I had trouble getting payment on auto pay with them for some reason. I always paid but was late a few times. They ended service with us and said they will never service our house again. Seems a little extreme but whatever. We paid them in full and went our separate ways. I would still recommend them.

Excellent service! They treated the house thoroughly and with great care. They explained everything clearly, were respectful and professional throughout the entire process. It’s been three years since the treatment, and we haven’t had a single problem since. I highly recommend working with them! We have been using Integrity Pest control service for home and lawn for over five years. Customer service is outstanding. The staff is prompt and always professional. Although unusual that we may need some extra attention in the home or on the lawn a technician will usually arrive same day. Pest Control is a company that gets it. They offer REAL service. Not buzz words and catchy slogans but real honest to goodness service. Integrity really lives up to their name. The front office is very professional and knowledgeable.

Integrity is efficient, professional and know what they are doing. they call when they will come and we are just pleased with the work they do whether inside or outside around the house. If you see an issue they will come out as soon as possible.

Integrity brought my lawn back to life I have lawn now that is full and green it is like walking an a plush carpet and bug free

I wish Google had a Zero Rating I put my account on hold because they were not doing the service and billing me for it I woke up this morning and they build me for the service yesterday and I go outside and take pictures of the covers of my termite boxes they've not even been touched still got dirt on them one has a dried big butt & folded table plexy glass sheets leaning against the house over it not even moved I don't know if that's a common practice with the company or with whoever they sent to my house but it's not the first time and I got video cameras

Orlando, as usual, was positive and professional. It is always a delight to see him as he does a thorough job and offers to return if there are any issues which need further attention.

Integrity Pest control has now been treating my lawn and Shrubs for almost a year and I couldn't be happier with Glen their technician's expertise with many years of experience. My last lawn & Pest company was eaten up by a large conglomerate and it went downhill from there. Integrity came to the rescue and I recommend staying with a smaller owned company like Integrity so that you get better quick service with the best chemicals to do the job.

Integrity Pest Control keeps my family pest free on the inside and outside of my home. The office staff was very kind and informative when I called them. But the shining star that I must mention is our technician Orlando. He is the only technician I will allow in my home. He is trustworthy beyond measure! It’s hard to come by someone who not only has good manners and is punctual, but he is also really thorough at what he does! Answers any questions that we have and thoroughly explains everything that he is doing. He is respectful in the way that he takes off his shoes every time he comes in the house and not once have I asked him to do so. He is definitely an asset to Integrity Pest Control and should be given a raise!
