Hello. We do not sell I G Regulator for $40. In fact our price every day is $9.95 for the 1 oz bottle. She may have bought another product with it to total the $40. We don’t sell IGRegulator by itself since it only stops the egg cycle of the fleas. There are a couple different products we sell with it that could total $40. Also we give detailed instructions every customer so they can do the job properly. Maybe come in and talk to us or call us if you have a question instead of putting up an untrue review. We have been in business here in Spring Hill for 30 years and have built a stellar reputation with our customers.

Hi Chris. It is very disappointing that you left such a scathing review about this unfortunate situation. I was in contact with your wife throughout the full 10 days that your bank would not release the funds back to your gift card. On the 10th or 11th day the funds were returned to your card just as the bank of the card told you it would on more than one occasion.<br><br>Just as you said on the review, it was my mistake to put to input $350 instead of the $35 into my credit card processing machine. That is an honest mistake that I admit doing and I voided that transaction right then and there in front of you so that it shouldn't have been taken out of your gift card. The bank of the gift card you used has a policy to hold the funds for the 10 days. That is their policy and not mine.<br><br>It had nothing to do with my bank or my credit card processing company. The $350 was never deposited into my bank account whatsoever because of the voided transaction. I told your wife Denise that if I had known that your banks policy was to hold the funds for up to 10 days then I would have issued you a refund on the spot and incurred the processing fees instead of voiding it. She was understanding on the phone when I apologized for this situation.<br><br>I was glad and relieved to hear that the $350 was available on the card after the 10 business days which is the policy of that bank and not myself.<br><br>I didn't hear back from you concerning the insect problem that you had, so I can only assume that the products you bought worked great.<br><br>If you'd like to come back I would not have hard feelings. I just wanted to put the whole story out there for people to know what exactly happened. If people just read your comment that you left here they would think I charged you $350 and refused to give the money back. That was definitely not the case at all.
