Called weeks ago for service. The rude girl with no personality who answers the calls...said we would receive a call back. Why on earth do you hire an incompetent person for your business. That has an attitude of (I hate my job)

Zach , mark, and Justin were working on a neighbors yard and I’ve never had sod done before. These guys made the process so easy and fast. I couldn’t believe how professional they were. They accounted for my Fiber optic cable for my WiFi, and my sprinkler system. ZERO issues. Not to mention some of my spots didn’t grow in well for whatever reason and they came back immediately and fixed it up. No hesitation. Just genuine customer service. I will only use them for any other projects and highly recommend them for all of my friends and family.

Eco Floridian came out right away after calling about a roach in the bathroom. I was not expecting such fast service I wish I had called them sooner. They are very sweet and always willing to help. Happy to have them as my pest control company.

I had several lawn companies, EcoFloridian is the best by far. I do not have to worry about my dogs getting sick from chemicals and no matter when I call them for any special services, they are always eager to help. The follow up is phenomenal. Try them and you will not regret it. P.S. I am very hard to please.

Absolutely do not recommend this company. We hired them to take care of a bug problem, and they did absolutely nothing to fix it. The technician came out, sprayed the yard in under five minutes, ignored the ant piles we pointed out, and left. Two weeks later, we found a huge roach in our bedroom and the ant problem only got worse. We reached out and all we got were excuses—they said they’d “take care of it” during our next scheduled visit a month later. That’s not acceptable when we’re dealing with an active pest issue now. For the price we were paying, the bare-minimum service we got was totally unacceptable. The final straw was the last guy they sent—a random new tech we had never seen before—who started taking pictures of our entire property without asking or explaining anything. When my boyfriend called to ask what that was about, the lady said it was “standard” and that all their workers did it. That’s simply not true—we have months of Ring camera footage proving none of the other techs ever took a single picture. It felt creepy, invasive, and completely unprofessional. We’ve since fired this company and hired someone else who actually does the job right. Then, to top it off, they had the nerve to text us asking why we left. This is why: you don’t do what you’re supposed to, you make excuses, your techs are inconsistent and don’t spray thoroughly, and you clearly don’t care about your customers.
My yard had never looked as good as it has since this company took over a few years ago. They take they time and address any concerns you might have.

I needed a WDO Inspection done on a property, so I contacted EcoFloridian (Spoke to Bruce). We got a day and time setup, but unfortunately things came up that prevented the inspection. I contacted Bruce and he was very accommodating and apologetic. He made sure I was to get my WDO inspection the very next day! He was so kind and genuinely cared. The inspector Ed was great too! Got to chat with him for a bit after the inspection. Overall, great company that truly cares about their customers and they absolutely went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly, highly recommend EcoFloridian for all your Lawn & Pest needs. Bruce is in my top 10 of the nicest people I've ever spoken to! They've become my go-to Pest Service company... Thank you Bruce

We sincerely regret you were disappointed that we could not reschedule the appointment to perform your bathroom & kitchen ghost ant retreatment the same day you called to cancel the one our technician was minutes from your door to perform. We did offer our next available appointment 48 hours later, however, you declined this offer stating instead you would call back to reschedule. That was November 10th, 2020 at 9:11 AM. We were surprised to read this review posted on November 18th, 2020 at 8:08 PM, especially considering you had not returned our call to schedule a follow-up appointment as you had said you would do eight (8) days earlier. This being said, please know that careful consideration was given before writing this response. We carefully reviewed your service agreement initiated and executed on October 28th, 2015. We also reviewed all of your account’s notes and listened to all of the recorded phone calls made through our customer support phone numbers. We even expanded our search to include entries made anywhere on your account by technicians, office staff, or administrators over the past five (5) years, and one (1) month. We wanted to make sure that your belief that you were promised “same day service calls”, something that as a responsible service provider we do not promise, was not ever made mistakenly or intentionally by any member of our company. This would be irresponsible and an impossibility, no matter how big or how small our client base is. After an exhaustive dig into any and all of the aforementioned records of your account, we did not find anything, anywhere, which supports your belief that you were promised this. We did, however, notice eight (8) interior follow-up treatment requests you have made in addition to this one, for ghost ants in the kitchen and bathroom areas. All of which were performed over the past five (5) years resulting from moisture and cultural conditions conducive to their breeding. All of those follow-up appointment requests were addressed within 24 to 72 hours. None of these were ever scheduled the same day. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, EcoFloridian® Lawn & Pest Control has had many challenges concerning scheduling this year. We are proud of the fact that despite these time consuming challenges, we have maintained a 100% safety record to date. We only mention this to state what we believe may be obvious to most readers, however, might need to be emphasized. Any business, no matter how big or how small, that will show up at your home the same day you call and have the time to return later that same day because you are too busy to keep the appointment they show up to perform is likely not implementing sanitation protocols in-between appointments that comply with the CDC recommended guidelines. We do not think that is acceptable. We do not always feel compelled to respond to reviews with such a vigorous and exhaustive response, however, we felt the reader of this review deserved to hear our position on this matter.

This place holds your charge card info and runs credit card payments even when no service was done. I called the company to ask them why and they said it was a payment that was ran in January? Really.. So I take my time to look back at my statements and as I suspected a payment went thru on the same date in January. So I call back for a credit that is rightfully due to me and he now says its for a November 2017 payment.. Seriously the worst company ever.. They wanted me to research and tell them what I find.. So needless to say I will not be doing your companies research and never will use your services again.. You are crooks and thieves. No credit card info should be saved under an acct. and used without approval from the customer.. My bank has been notified and I disputed the charge. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY SERVICES... To the response of the owner.. Lmao My bank already credited back your double charges that you took.. You need to be charged with credit fraud charges as you hold info and recharge people months later.. I had 4 treatments and after the lawn looked even worst than before you treated I canceled your horrible service.. Funny I have heard mutiple bad things about your company in one day.. AGAIN DONT USE THESE THIEVES WHI ARE LIARS.... The whole point is you run credit cards without getting approval from customers. Your sevice is dishonarable and fraudulent.. You should have better employees who can tell the difference between a approval of a credit card and a decline.. When a payment is made with a customer on the phone so they can relay the message on the phone than.. When I called to make a payment on the phone it went thru as I was on the phone.. So for your company to hold credit card info on a customers account and rerun it 3 months later without there permission or knowledge is fraud.. I understand you are trying to make this my fault but I paid you in full.. You are lying to try to protect your dishonest fraudelant company.. Which uses horrible tactics and cheap products that do nothing to help out your customers lawn problems. I had more weeds and ants in my yard after your so called treatment.. ONCE AGAIN THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE.. DO NOT USE THEM...

Hello Mary. On 11/30/2017 at 12:35 PM, you called our office and gave us a debit card number to pay a bill that was 68 days past due. When we ran your card later that afternoon, your transaction would not process and the payment was not completed. As we explained to you when you called today we regularly resubmit this type of debt card transaction as well as insufficient funds check transactions at the end of each quarter in hopes of collecting past due payments. This is why you noticed a delay in the transaction populating your checking account registry. While I can absolutely appreciate someone’s concern about having a transaction taken out of their account that they did not authorize or that they did not receive service for, this is not the case for this transaction and you have been provided with a great deal of documentation that illustrates this with crystal clarity! I tried to call you back multiple times after you hung up on us today. I wanted to have a civilized conversation with you about this situation and see if there was something, I could do to help you. I know there are many things that can happen in our lives that can distract us and leave us frustrated, angry and confused about our finances. I regularly work with customers with financial challenges. Hardly a week goes by that we do not help a widow or widower with a Pest Control issue they cannot afford to pay us to treat. However, when I tried to talk to you today, you continually answered your phone and then hung it up. Therefore, I emailed you and offered to refund your $40 plus an additional $100 if you could simply provide us with documentation that indicates you paid the $40. I sent the email with a request for delivery conformation, which I received so I know you received the email. To date I have not heard back from you. Instead of conversing with us directly about the facts, you have elected to use a public forum to make false statements about this situation. Your statements are obviously an attempt to hurt our company’s reputation and economic well-being. Your actions are by definition known as Libel and as a reputable business owner whose employees are a fine group of Pest Control professionals; I owe it to all of them as well as our faithful customers, and any potential future customers who may be reading this, to mount a vigorous defense to your defamatory remarks! It is with the aforementioned in mind that I have the unfortunate responsibility to publicly state the following. As you know Mary Williams, all payments are due at the time of service for the type of account you insisted on having setup for your home, which was a Pay-As-You-Go account. You are also aware that of the 5 services you had provided at your home, only the very first service was paid on time and that is only because you had to write a check and sign the service agreement before we would start the work. With the exception of your first service you paid your next service 44 days late, the next 32 days late, and the one after that 34 days late and of course the one you are so angry about having finally paid was 6 months late. All of your payments were phoned in and only because we refused to provide another service until you paid your last bill. You were told on multiple occasions that your lawn needed to be treated on a regular schedule in order for it to improve. Your payment practices made this an impossibility. The facts show that while you were our customer you had 5 services performed at your home. All 5 of these services have verifiable GPS transponder tracking reports available showing your address, how long we were there, what chemicals were used, along with many other facts about the stop and the technician who performed the work. None of your services were provided on the “Every 6 Weeks” time frame your lawn required in order to improve because none of your payments were ever made on time so your services were constantly on a delinquency payment HOLD.
