We had some flying bugs inside the house they Kevin responded out and indicated we had termites. Service was set and the tech Michael Hubbard showed up and went through the house indicating numerous locations that we had an issue and went from the foundation to the attic and explained everything he saw and the treatment he was conducting. Michael was here for many hours and did an outstanding job I highly recommend him and his company.

Jacky who did the estimate for mice on a property left for me to deal with was so nice and helpful. The property wasn't in the best condition and frankly I was completely embarrassed even though it isn't my property but Jacky was very cool and definitely took away my anxiety about the situation left for me to deal with. She didn't judge and was completely understanding of the situation. After agreeing to the work contract I had questions after 1st visit that the office couldn't answer so I reached out to Jacky and she helped. Thank you Jacky!!!!

Jacky Besio is THE BEST!!! She really has a passion for getting rid of bugs and rodents in the safest but most effective manner possible. I have used her services for over 10 years. If there is a problem she will take the time to figure it out and not just spray and hope. She finds the root cause and treats it from there.

Aaron has been coming out for our past few quarterly check ups and he is phenomenal! Very thorough, he understands the safety of our children and our pets is our number one priority, and he’s super polite. We truly appreciate him! Thank you for helping to keep our home bug free!

Jacky did an excellent job with our wood destroying organism inspection. She was extremely thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a clear and easy-to-understand report. Jacky answered all of our questions and provided a detailed report promptly. Her knowledge and attention to detail gave us real peace of mind. I highly recommend Jacky to anyone needing a reliable and trustworthy WDO inspection. I didn't close on this one, but will definitely call her for the next one.

My family has been a loyal customer since before Ron Pest Control was acquired by your company. My parents used Ron’s services for over 30 years, and today both my siblings and I continue service at our homes, including properties in the Lutz area and Hernando County. We currently have both interior and exterior treatments, and we truly value the consistency and quality of service provided. Each of our homes has a worker assigned, and we genuinely appreciate being able to request those same employees when scheduling future services. That level of familiarity and trust means a great deal to us. Unfortunately, we did need to request that the two homes in Hernando County no longer receive phone calls from Taylor. On multiple occasions, the calls have felt unprofessional, including requests for payment despite our accounts being set up on autopay, simple inquiries, questions, appointments, etc. While we understand that technology can occasionally have glitches, the concern lies more with the tone and manner of communication during these calls. Additionally, we have observed similar unprofessional interactions with coworkers on the phone and in person, when she is there, which has been disappointing. When these issues were raised with another member of your office staff, she handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and respect. Her approach felt genuine and consistent with the positive experiences we have had with other members of their team over the years. We share this feedback because we care about this company and want to see it continue to thrive, especially as it has grown from a respected local business into a larger organization. Addressing concerns like this early can help prevent future issues or the potential loss of valued customers. Aside from this matter, our experience has been overwhelmingly positive. If you are looking for great lawn care don't bother with Florida pest pros , I had sod put down a year and a half ago it was looking and doing great until I hired this company now all but a few spots are dead and full of of weeds , they tell me it's bugs, then fungus, than blame me for not watering it, it was doing good till pest pros got ahold of it, thanks for following up Kevin !!

Do NOT use this company for lawn care. I had a beautiful lawn but when Florida Pest Pros bought the company I was with, my yard went downhill. I’ve lost half of my backyard in one section due to pest damage that has been happening for a while. The technician should have caught it and adjusted the treatment accordingly. I know the damage isn’t recent because I had a different company come out to look at my yard and explain to me what is happening since I couldn’t depend on Florida Pest Pros to know the problem. Also, Florida Pest Pros scheduling department is horrible at scheduling and communicating. The technician was scheduled for a day, he didn’t show and there was no call from the office. Apparently he ran out of fertilizer so the office had to know this and I would think they would have someone communicate to the customers that they need to reschedule. He was supposed to show up another day as the make up and again a no show and no communication that he wasn’t coming. I called the office and was told there was a problem so some customers had to be rescheduled. I asked why I wasn’t contacted about rescheduling since supposedly I was on the schedule. The person said she didn’t know. From my experience it seems like the company wasn’t properly set up to take on a new business.
