This is an awful company that didn’t even ring my doorbell and didn’t complete a work order yet left me with a bill through my landlord. Shameful

Tried calling them several times but the call drops, the property management gave me their number because they sent them the work order back in December and they never reached out to me. I called several times and it will give me menu options but it will ring once and the call drops. It not my cell phone service.

This company has a contract with the rental management company. For $70 a month, I could be doing the lawn and trimming myself. I have tried for over a year to get the contract broken because the crew does not properly trim, weed, cut, or stay consistent with their schedule. On numerous occasions, they left lawn clippings on the driveway, front door, sidewalk, and back patio. They do not know how to trim properly around ground fixtures, therefore, the grass near the fence is taller than the rest of the yard. An email was sent today (April 21), so let's see how long they take to respond.

Hired them for a mowing service. When we moved we discovered they had not mowed for weeks. Had just paid them for another month. Told them not to come back and send my unused payment back. No response and they did not send my money back.

I do not see your last name in our system for payments received, or invoices that have been sent within the past 2 years, what is your email, please? Your address, please? Looking at your impressive review history indicates you live in St. Eustis, Lakeland, or Orlando area, more on the east coast of Florida. We do not provide private services to these locations; our offices are in Spring Hill, more of the west coast of Florida. Much of our work comes from property management companies who initiate services, we complete services with before &after photos that are geo tagged. We uploaded these photos to their online completed job request portal. I do not show you as a current or previous client of ours. Our son loved watching his team and we also loved that they had a screen/lid over their debris trailer which shows thoughtfulness for other drivers on the road. This awesome crew came out to remove one large, damaged tree, and helped us get rid of long limbs and branches from another tree that suffered wind damage. The guys were friendly and informative, and they did a great job, even raking when they were finished. Would recommend!
