I hired this company 10 months ago to address a rodent issue in my attic. During that time, I called nearly 25 times, sharing my concerns with various office staff. Each time, I was told someone would be sent out and assured the issue would be resolved. Unfortunately, it seems my concerns were never documented or escalated to management. After months of follow-ups, a manager was finally sent out, but he left within five minutes without even knocking on my door. A second manager later came and told me it would cost another $400 to complete work that should have been handled months earlier. Despite multiple visits from different staff, no meaningful action was ever taken. When I requested a partial refund so I could hire another company, I was met with accusations of lying about my repeated calls. In my experience, this company lacks transparency, fails to follow through on promises, and leaves customers chasing information they should be providing. It should not take 10 months for professionals to fix an issue. Especially not one that carries serious health risks to their customers.

Ron Shuster was fantastic. I loved the regular guy I had for years. This new company took him away and totally changed the way Shuster did things. So I left.

Fl Pest Control / used to be Ron Shuster Pest Control- This new company is charging me 116.00 dollars I already paid to Ron Shuster. I have proof with my checks that I have sent to them. They are still billing me the 116.00 dollars. I'm going to report them to the Better Business Bureau and anyone who will listen to me. This is wrong. Shame on them. Will tell everyone in High Point, Brookridge , all the retirement communities they steal money from people.

When it was Ron Shuster we had excellent service but was told he retired and is now Florida Pest Pros and have had nothing but problems. Missed appointments double yard spraying and trying to charge for it etc.

Ron Shuster Pest Control also performs lawn services. The service they provided to my lawn ended up killing my lawn. I contacted Shuster within a few days after the lawn application stating the lawn was dying. An employee came out reviewed my lawn. He stated he could see the spray pattern on my lawn. He applied more chemicals on the lawn and stated he would be back in 2 weeks. When he returned the lawn was completely dead. He stated they didn’t have chemicals that would kill the lawn. It wasn’t their fault. I contacted Better Business Bureau. BBB attempted to resolve the issue. Shuster ignored the BBS. Being retired and on a fixed income I could barely afford the replacement sod. I had to remove the dead grass by hand. Remove the yard waste and order $2,000+ in sod. I have to install the sod. “Good Company” until something goes wrong. Then after one pays, Shuster ignores the problem leaving me with a mess and out over $2,000. They hide from the BBB.

I have a yearly home service with Ron Shuster Pest Control. They are affordable and do a great job. I live in Hernando Beach which was devastated by Hurricane Helene storm surge. They actually called me right after the storm passed and asked if I need any thing like help moving yard and home debris to the curb, if I needed gas, etc. I was quite shocked. They truly care for their customers and this is why I will be a life time customer.

Very thorough and I haven’t seen a live bug since!!!

I absolutely love this company. Highly recommend them. I've had them several years now and I always get the same person which is more relaxing and comfortable to me.
