I started using PPLM for my lawn care about 5 months ago. I am satisfied with their work. I've had one area needing extra attention and they were right on it. I would recommend you give them a try.

Have been with this company for several years and well pleased. If I had a problem, they took care of it right away. Tristen and Randy are very courteous and do a great job.

Called to share my concerns about my yard, the amount of weeds and areas that have completely died and the female rep on the phone was rude and did not care whether or not I had these concerns. I ultimately just ended up canceling my service on the phone because she basically said I don’t think you heard me. As a consumer and someone that is paying this company, I just wanted to be heard.

I started with PPLM after leaving True (NO) Green about six months ago. They are a no star company. See my review on their site for details. Mike just serviced us on 8/7/25 and was very through. I waited until now to see if any difference occurred in my grass before this review. It's thick, the same color green all over and minimal weeds. I am so happy with the switch from NO GREEN ! When they did do a full treatment it must have been with water.

Rip (Shannon) came and said he could make our lawn look beautiful. I didn’t think it looked bad, but we had quite a few bare spots We had went to NH for 6 weeks and came back a few days ago and it looks amazing! So green and no bare spots! Highly recommend

I am very frustrated with the service. I had an agreement for every 6 weeks to get serviced and as of the first of the year Professional has only serviced me 2 times. I used to have a beautiful lawn, no more.
