Trap Masters LLC / Patrick & Shane solved a rodent problem at our home last week. Their focus on customer service was excellent. They were prompt, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable on how to solve our problem. They identified the issue and very efficiently solved it. In addition they came back multiple times to confirm, it was fixed. They guarantee their work for a year and are a pleasure to do business with. I will use them again, if needed, and highly recommend Trap Masters LLC.

We had a rat problem. Patrick and Shane were absolutely a pleasure to work with. Took care of the problem and really seemed concerned for what had to be done and our welfare I would highly recommend them for anyone with any sort of wildlife problem

It’s very rare now a days to deal with people that actually care, a true family owned business and people that simply don’t want to rip you off. I had rats in my attic and Trap Masters was wonderful! There was super cooperative with me. The fellow who came was respectful and professional, and the price was very fair. I would recommend them completely.

My family and I had the unbelievable good fortune of working with Trap Masters when we realized we had a family of six armadillos living in our yard- specifically, under the foundation of our screened in porch. We knew we had one armadillo that had been living here for years and we had tried repeatedly, on our own, to catch her and safely remove her. We were unsuccessful and made the mistake of not addressing it with the urgency that we should have. Not until we saw the mama and her four babies did we know we had to act right away. We have dogs and were concerned for their safety as well as the safety of the armadillos. I got in touch with Trap Masters and Michelle immediately responded to me. We set up a time for Michelle and her husband Pat to come over to assess the situation and set up traps. However, before that appointment time arrived, our old hound dog brought one of the armadillo babies into the family room and presented it to my mother, which sent her into a horrific frenzy. So, I contacted Michelle and Pat in a panic (at almost 8 PM on a Sunday evening) and they were at our house within 15 minutes. I absolutely cannot say enough about what incredible people they are- they are truly kind, caring and compassionate. The project turned out to be an extensive one- it turned out that the father was also living here. Michelle told us it was the first time they had the task of catching six armadillos! It took over two weeks of Pat and Chaz (their son) religiously following up, following up , following up on the status of the traps, moving the traps around and trying and using different strategies before successfully capturing all six of the armadillos. And, most importantly to us, they were not going to hurt or destroy these animals. They kept them together and released them on a property in Vero Beach, where they would be able to safely stay together as a family. I felt so sad that these animals had to be removed from the only place they knew as their home, even though their activity was destructive. The fact that Michele and Pat understood and shared our feelings meant the world to us. I was in touch with Michelle several times a day during the entire project and that constant communication was very reassuring, even though it became very frustrating and scary towards the end of the project because we were feeling like the last baby was never going to be captured and placed with its family. But, Michelle assured and reassured me that it would just take time and patience. And, of course, she was right! And, I also don’t want to forget to thank them for removing the bees that had made a home in our yard, as well. I just cannot recommend working with this family highly enough. There truly are not words to convey our appreciation and express our gratitude for their commitment, dedication and their level of professionalism. They are a family owned business who are committed to doing the right thing and charging fair prices to do an amazing job.

We live in Vero Beach (1324 Scarlet Oak Circle). We had a rodent infestation problem (rats). They were probably getting in through air vents on the roof. So we called Trap Masters. They came out, surveyed the house and then put barriers on all access points. They were very quick, showed up when they said they would and despite the heat worked pretty quickly to get the job done. What a GREAT experience we had with the removal of bees under our home. From our 1st meeting until the finished job, everything was done Exceptional. We have beautiful trees that attract critters but don't want them entering our house. Trap Masters has been great with communications and follow through with trapping and exclusion. We also felt the cost was fair and appreciate the year guarantee and their willingness to come back if needed.

Thank you so much Patrick for taking care of little Ricky the racoon (very young). Ricky just loved my vinyl pool and sitting on my patio furniture day and night. He was not afraid of me which worried me for his safety elsewhere. So I had to call Trap Masters. Patrick and Chaz were so kind and gentle with Ricky who went to an animal sanctuary. I must've called seven or eight places to try and get help, to no avail. Once I found these guys, they came right out and helped me out, didn't make me feel like they were doing me a favor to help me, very professional don't see that kind of service These days. I couldn't be more grateful.

I had a huge be hive in my attic, and Trapmasters were able to find and remove it after a different company had failed to do so. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I feel secure knowing they guarantee their work for a year, and would definitely use them again!

I had a extremely huge bee issue in my 17ft trailer. Mr. Patrick ,wife and son Chaz came to the rescue. I was given a quote over the phone that was way less than the price of a job that big, but Patrick still honored the quote. He also kept me informed step by step of what he was doing and also cleaned up after word. They are awesome and I would use there services again. I also would recommend there services to everyone. Trap Masters (owners: Patrick & Michele) did an amazing sanitation cleanup in my condo. I am out of town and I trusted their judgement and professionalism. They taught me MORE about rodent control than I ever wanted to know! LOL I will be returning in a few days and feel confident that everything is sanitized and clean. Our gate security already requested their business card and my neighbor will be using them for ant - bee etc. control. I am so grateful to them!

Great experience with Trap Masters! I had a wall of my house full of honeybees & they responded very quickly. Everyone at the company was so kind & very professional. Reasonable prices too. Would DEFINITELY return to this company again for any pest needs! So thankful there are still thoughtful companies like Trap Masters still exist.
