Reynolds has been a great pest control company for us. The service is affordable, the service tech is courteous and thorough. Especially our representative Rhonda. We practically have Rhonda on speed dial😂 and she’s ALWAYS smiling, personable, knowledgeable, and addresses our situation with promptness and efficient professionalism. Lisette was our technician and she cleaned those pests out well! She did a great job of cleaning out the spiders on the outdoor patio screen. She was very meticulous and professional.
I have used Reynolds for about 3 years now. All their technicians have been very good. Lisette accommodated my schedule and was prompt, efficient, and friendly. I am very happy with my service and also happy to report no bugs. :) Thank you!

We are a part time resident on Nettles Island. Every time we go there we have an abundance of weeds. Talked with Avril and she said he would be at our place latest 9 am. Called and they gave a lame excuse the truck broke down. It is now 1 pm and our camera has not seen this person. After discussing this with Avril we now have 3 months of free service. It doesn’t matter if the lawn is not maintained. I believe Avril, the manager , needs to be replaced or the workers need an incentive. Totally disgusted with the service.

While we try our best to accommodate timeframes for our clients as we understand that you are busy and we would never want to make you wait longer than you must for service. We cannot unfortunately prevent unforeseen circumstances. We do our best to match the times given but in the event of a vehicle malfunction we are forced to adjust as we can as these circumstances are out of our control. we do value you as a client and we value your time which is why I was compelled to offer you the services for free to show you how much we here at Reynolds Pest Management, Inc value you. The service has been completed as promised albeit late as always our phone is open to you if you have any questions or concerns thank you.
Please be aware that the warranty from this company has MANY loopholes for the company to use to get out of providing actual coverage. Beware of this operation. (Admin staff was friendly though).

I’m so glad that Rhonda Yates is the one taking care of our home. We’ve had a couple issues with bugs since we built in 2017 and she is always responsive to our needs and comes out as quickly as she can. With one glance she can tell you what type of a pest it is and She always uses the right product to get rid of them very quickly. She is amazing and will give you peace of mind just knowing she’s around. We, at Nettles, just love her!

Last year I transferred service to Reynolds Pest Management and it was a great decision!....Technicians Robert and Joe have been amazing! Going above and beyond with communication and customer service...it is nice to know the company and its technicians care about the customers concerns and make their experience pleasant

Filled out the form on the company website 2 days in a row requesting a callback and days later still nothing. Assume they are out of business. Called again today and got an answering service who said they would request a call back but didn't work before so don't have high expectations. Answering service never said if they were or were not in business still. Was just looking to get a an inspection for costs of service. Reviews say they are great but communication and calling potential customers back doesn't seem to be one of those things.

Sorry for the negative experience you’ve experienced. We have an afterhours answering service, our regular office hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday and can always be reached during this time by phone. Moved to Port St.Lucie from Broward County so i googled best pest control to use in area. Horrible experience with this Company. Did not get rid of one problem i called them for. Came back 3x to TRY AGAIN?? The salesman (John) who also came back once was so condescending it was infuriating. I spoke with ( owner) wanted to send yet someone else??!! Are you kidding? How many people, how many times- No Thank You. Plenty of Companies. I will try again

I scheduled an appointment this morning for 3-5pm today for my home at Sandpiper Bay for a pest inspection. No inspector showed up nor was I contacted. If this is any indication of reliability, I’m so glad not to go with this company as they probably say they came by to do a treatment at my home and never did as punctuality and integrity seems to lacking. Thanks for wasting my time today!

Still have ants in the kitchen after the initial treatment. Don’t waste your money on their service. Just Google ant control and perhaps elimination treatments and do it yourself. Rhonda was the technician. However, I don’t fault her. I just feel that Reynolds doesn’t supply her with effective pesticides and materials to adequately address the problem.

The manager ,Danny is very rude and has no manners . During the tenting of my home 4 screens were damaged . I saw the man cause the damage AND 1 week later an inspector named John came to inspect my home . I showed John the damage . After several weeks i reported to the main office and it was ignored . 9 months later Danny Calavito who is the manager came to inspect .He declared that the screens were old and that is why they were torn .They were torn from the inside and protected ON THE OUTSIDE BY LEXCAN 10 hurricane shutters . I SAW THE MAN TEAR THE SCREENS AND HE WAS IN A GREAT HURRY .The screens were only 5 years old . Several employees have left because of the mangers rude and crude behavior .

Reynolds pest management takes pride in leaving homes better then when we arrived. Mr. D didn't call office to complain about damage for 9 months. He didn't mention damage he supposedly seen to the owner of Fume team at time of occurrence. Once I was notified, I visited home immediately to assess damage. I did this even though me and my office staff was verbally abused by Mr. D. The screens had shutters behind them not allowing a hand or finger to puncture. The holes were clearly old worn damage which was a maintenance issue for homeowner. Reynolds will always stand behind our work and immediately repair any damage casued by our staff.
One of there driver's cut in front of an I had to slam on my brakes to keep from re-reading him.

EDITED REVIEW!: UPDATE: 5 Stars Down to ONE. Original Review: I have been a customer with Reynold’s Pest Control for three years now. Without a doubt, their service has been exemplary! My technician, Julian always arrives on time and is extremely thorough and friendly. Trustworthy; He never tries to up-sell me and ever since he started providing service, I haven’t seen a single critter in my house or on my patio. He reminds me that he’s available between scheduled visits, but I have never needed to call. I cannot recommend Reynolds or Julian HIGHLY ENOUGH! Thank you for your hard work and for banishing the roaches, spiders, and various ants that WERE living here rent-free. **UPDATE***Well, I didn’t know Julian personally (outside of his pest control service), but when he left the company [I have no idea of the circumstances] so did their quality!! Within one month of getting a new technician, we had massive amounts of ants. I had to call several times between visits. A different and more seasoned person showed up and after I told him that my issues started when Julian left, he looked at my records. It turns out that my new tech was “using the wrong chemicals.” It was explained to me that this was a mistake & that it would take a few treatments to clear up. Fine. Things happen. The ants didn’t go away after a month. One morning, the technician called me at 7:00am!!! It went to voicemail because I was in bed with a migraine. 30 minutes later, my doorbell rang!! She called to see if I wouldn’t mind her stopping by before her first scheduled client. When I didn’t answer, she decided to just Show up at 7:30am! Yes, I DID mind. I was livid. I canceled my service (not without being bothered by a whole separate technician who only deals with termite ground bates...) and moved on to Home Paramount.

Had them come in when we purchased our home for rodents in the attic. They came and did a mess of a job . DID NOT REMOVE ANYTHING. DRILLED HOLES IN MY ROOF AND DID NOT SEAL (CAUSING LEAKS) NOW THE ANIMALES HAVE GOTTEN INTO THE AIR DUCTS AND RUINED THAT. Called them to let them know and they said it was my fault for calling them out of warranty!

I'm so sorry you're dissatisfied with the service you received. I know our team did schedule an inspection and you wrote this review before they arrived. After assessing the home rodents did re-enter and we have sealed the entry point. The roof leak at your home is not in an area we worked or related to any work we performed. Rodents can make new entry points into homes, we did offer to extend the warranty through rodent bait stations and are still standing behind our work despite that service not being elected.<br><br>I hope you will consider revising your review as we've stood behind our work.
