I called today October 13th about the black male running the red light on Becker and Kestor and almost tboning me with my 2 kids in the car and I was told someone would call me back in 15 minutes and this happened at 2:40pm and it’s 6:44pm and never received a call back. This could of been bad your driver could of killed me or killed my kids and I called to address his driving and I was not taken serious.Hopefully this gets the right persons attention so I can send the video from my dash cam. We were quoted one price for a specific service, and that’s exactly what we expected. Instead, we received a completely different service— When we addressed the issue, the staff was rude and unprofessional, which made the situation even worse.
