We hired Nozzle Nolen in November 2024, as it turned out the house we purchased a few months prior had a rat problem. In the beginning, they were consistent. Once the original technician left the company, our service truly went downhill. They would say they’d be back on X date, and never show up. They’d only eventually come out once we reached back out to them. They could never find out how they were getting in, and the traps were constantly being set off and not trapping anything. I AM CHANGING MY REVIEW ON THIS COMPANYB AS A LOCAL GUIDE. Had this company for years. Love Chris, our maintenance rep. DO NOT Recommend them now. When I started service with them they treated my house every other month. $93. Their billing department abused my credit card. I had to get new card. I asked for pay as you go. Called to have pest control to take care of ant problem and they told me they didn't know where I was located and did not know if my area was one that they service then they told me it would be about a week so I didn't get a chance to use them I can't see anything bad about them other than disappointed they couldn't come sooner
