They took over for the bug guys who were great had them for 5 years but Rocket is horrible I had to stop their service after 3 months

They used to be good when they were Adams pest control, but the company has changed hands A few times, which also means different technicians I have the yearly service they’re supposed to come out every few months. I rarely see them and when they do randomly show up, they do a very sloppy job with their spraying. Unfortunately, I’m going to have to switch to another company.

I’m very pleased with Rocket pest control, the technician Willie is always very pleasant, he always knock on the door to see if there is and concerns on the inside of the house he can take care of. Had lots spiderweb around the house and he made sure to sweep all around the house to get rid of them. I would highly recommend them.

Willie came out to do our pest service, and he was such a pleasure to deal with. He did a great job on educating me regarding the chemicals used, the ones that are safe for pets as well as where he sprayed and why he avoided spraying in other areas.
