Excellent service! Very easy to set up an appointment and James let us know when he was a few minutes away. He explained about ghost ants and how to properly treat them. Very informative and hopefully this solves our issue. What a wonderful experience from a local company!

Gabe came today and he was an exceptionally nice and authentic person. I think it makes such a difference to have kindness enter your home. I have been using Ben's pest control for quite some time now, and everybody has been respectful and nice. I followed Gabe around for a lot of the service, and we had a nice conversation as he did his duties. He was quick, efficient polite, and enjoyable!! I think God allowed us to encourage each other today. I'm in a wheelchair, and I was in a lot of pain today, and our quick conversation really uplifted my spirits.

Tim, with Ben's Pest Control, was extremely professional and educated on the different treatment plans, and the way that the pesticides works. He also ensures that your small children/pets are safe while he is doing the application.

I’ve got a ton of spiders in my garage. I called and asked that the technician treat the spiders in the garage. The company’s official position on spiders, “spiders are a contact pest, and the technician cannot spray above head level, so, unfortunately, there’s nothing that he or anyone can do about the spiders” These guys charge you $100 to run a brush down the eaves of your house 4x per year. Waste of $. Cancelled today.

I was looking for a new service for an elderly relative’s home. It was important that the service is personable. I reached out to a few vendors. When I called Ben’s, the receptionist Brooke engaged so well that I decided to go with Ben’s and they didn’t disappoint. We signed up for the service. Customers still want to feel a company is there to service them and Brooke did that.

Trying to get termite treatment as I had before from Ben’s for two specific spots. Asked to get treatment on the day of appointment since they treated the area before. They sent someone to inspect not treat and I was told he would call me back that afternoon. He never called. Then I was notified that there is a new law that says you have to sign a contract and wait a period of time several days before treatment. according to Google that law doesn’t exist. When I returned the contract signed and saying that I was irritated that I never got a call back or do not see a law that states a waiting period they sent me No explanation or anything just a “not able to provide services email”. They considered my being irritated as being disrespectful seemingly. So after waiting weeks to get the treatment as I had before I have to find another company.. Still irritated…. Respectfully so

We appreciate your feedback and would like to clarify a few points regarding this situation. <br><br>When you initially contacted our office on 05/12, we offered the earliest available evaluation appointment that Friday, but that date did not work with your schedule. We were then able to complete the inspection on 05/19. Prior to the appointment, you asked if treatment could be completed the same day. We explained that while the technician could bring treatment materials, treatment may not be possible depending on the findings during the inspection and any required documentation (All calls are recorded).<br><br>Following the inspection, we provided the necessary paperwork and explained the process required before treatment could begin. We understand this was frustrating, especially since you were hoping for a quicker resolution. However, our company follows current industry and regulatory requirements as well as internal procedures designed to protect both our customers and our business.<br><br>We always strive to provide respectful and professional service, and we expect the same in return toward our office staff and technicians. After reviewing the communication surrounding this situation, we ultimately determined that we were not the best fit moving forward and made the decision to respectfully decline future service.<br><br>Ben and Christine Sell (Owners)
