Native Pest Management

First time using pest control, called over 5 different places. All companies use similar methods, Native offered sealing small areas as part of their service. The price was good, not the cheapest but the people I spoke too were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Mark came out the next business day and took care of all access points and speak around the house. Also, gave recommendations for different products a tools to use to help close off different areas. Overall he was very knowledgeable.

Lisette is always a pleasure to work with! She is very knowledgeable & provides great thorough service every time she visits. Couldn’t ask for a better technician! Aside from her my only complaint with the company is I wish I didn’t have to ask for interior services each time they come out, and it’s only if I’ve seen bugs. Otherwise, I only get exterior services provided. For a paid contract in my opinion interior and exterior services should be provided every time so I don’t have any problems

I only asked for a quote for the future buyer of a property I had for sale, they obtained my card details, they said they were not going to charge anything, finally I sold the property, I did not do any work, but they charged me, I claimed the payment, my bank agreed with me, but after 7 months they put the same charge again, again I had to make a claim to my bank since this company refuses to refund me the money for the second time.
