I'm extremely happy with my Terminix technician Omar Abreu-Vasquez. He always schedules his appointments ahead of time, shows up on time and does an excellent job. My issue is with other Terminix staff (several times over the years and, again, just this morning) showing up, unannounced, and wearing only an old Terminix t-shirt.
