Wish I could give -5 stars. Not only did they promise to get rid of our cockroach problem ( they didn’t ), but they promised a one time fee, and that they would come out again if they came back free of charge. Guy has been back 3 times, we have deep cleaned several times now, bugs never went away AND they have made ADDITIONAL CHARGES without CONSENT! I have had to go through my bank to specifically stop them from being able to steal from me. DO NOT USE HULLET!!

Had our 1st of 3 treatments for bed bugs from Hulett. Arrived a bit earlier than expected but immediately started to work evaluating the situation . Very courteous, thorough, careful with household furnishings. Kept us informed of their leaving. Hope to have a report/evaluation so we know what to do before 2nd treatment. Quite a few bed bugs appeared in a # of rooms.

It is a good service but it has changed over the years to less personal interaction with the customer ahead of time. The person in charge of your service used to call and you could go over areas of concern and now a robocall lets you know when a service agent is coming. You can always call the company if you need extra assistance and they respond quickly.
