Very pricey! He did come out and got the raccoons out of our attic very quickly. He also was a nice guy. Wouldn't use him again because of his price.

We have had excellent service from Alex. His work is timely and complete. We started three years ago with squirrels and woodpeckers living with us. Alex did through inspection, gave us options and we have been very satisfied with his service. Highly recommend this company.

My advice to anyone seeking service from this company is to dot your i’s and cross your t’s. Be sure to get a detailed invoice and confirm that everything Alex tells you verbally is accurately reflected in writing. Also, make sure you’re present during the service, as Alex tends to do the bare minimum. We paid $2,000 for a bat removal service that didn’t include any cleanup or sanitation of the attic, only sanitation and clean up at the entry point. Even that was questionable, as there were still guano drippings at the entry he claimed to have cleaned up. I will give him credit for being responsive but this is not to confuse with quality of work.

Last when I went to throw out the garbage in our garage I noticed a bat flying around my car. I immediately closed the door. My daughter started calling different places to find out who can come out and get rid of the bat. She called Roque pest & wildlife. They were very nice and scheduled an appt for the morning to come and take care of the situation. They have us an 8 am appt, but hearing the frantic tone in my voice they said they can try to get someone here earlier. At 630ish I received a text that they would be here soon. So I was thinking there was only one bat, but there were actually 2. I felt so relieved after they were removed. He made sure that there were not anymore in the garage before leaving. Great customer service. Thank you Alex!!!

Can't say enough about my experience with them. It was easy, convenient & quick! I called Tuesday night because we found some snake skin on our garage but we couldn’t find the snake (I have a baby and a dog and honestly I was very scared). Alex was here Wednesday at 11am and found the snake in less than a minute. You can tell they know what they’re doing. Thank you guys! Will definitely recommend this company.

Before Christmas we called as we had heard squirrels in our crawl space above. We had them 10 years ago and after sealing up the access, no more problems until now. Alex came by the same day and when we realized the problem was RATS we were concerned for sure. They have recently cleared several lots nearby and the former "residents" were looking for a new home. Alex resolved the problem without much fuss and sealed all points of entrance right away. He has a calm reassuring nature and is always professional! Great service and company!

Alex will indeed remove the animal and he’s a really nice guy. Unfortunately, in my situation, he decided not to honor his word and seal all the returns. There are two left, and the animals came back. I paid almost $3000. I have the invoice so I’m really upset about the results. Alex did a solid job with his work. Changed my review since I did not expect him to show up and warranty his work.

Alex contacted me the next morning after my initial contact-even though it was Sunday AND Mother's Day. He did a great job staying on top of the situation and we very soon trapped the culprit!
