Treble costumer service and when they sell service they make it like they come out every month to spray but after service they only come out every other month but bill you every month. And if you wanna cancel they wanna make you pay the whole thing. ..will never use them again.

Hired Prodigy Pest Solutions for what I believed was a straightforward pest control service. The salesman was very friendly and assured me that I could cancel at any time with no issues. He never mentioned that this was actually a long-term contract. I would not have signed up if I had known that. The technicians who came out were amazing and very well-informed. They clearly knew their stuff and were professional during the visits. Unfortunately, I quickly realized I wasn’t getting the specific treatment I had asked for and was originally quoted. When I inquired about the service I thought I was paying for, I was told it would be an extra charge on top of what I was already committed to. This felt like bait-and-switch. When I tried to cancel due to the lack of transparency and not receiving the service I expected, I was informed that canceling would mean I’d be charged for the entire remaining contract or risk being sent to collections. This is the complete opposite of what the salesman promised. I feel deceived by the sales process, even though the field techs were excellent. If you’re considering Prodigy Pest Solutions, ask very specific questions about contracts, cancellation policy, and exactly what is included in the quoted price and get everything in writing before signing anything. I would not recommend them based on my experience.

We live in a gated community with no soliciting signs at every entrance. Yet here comes Prodigy Pest Solution knocking on my door, driving my dogs crazy, trying to sell me their pest service. Nope. You come knocking on my door I will never do business with you. And based on their most recent reviews it seems like the right choice was made.

Whatever you guys did, it got rid of the spiders and bugs in my pool area.and around my house. Keep up the five star service I must say I'm very happy. Joshua Andrews

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Prodigy Pest Solutions. When they came knocking on my door, I was told that I could cancel at any time, but it was never mentioned that there would be a $250 cancellation fee. I tried calling multiple times (at least 5) to cancel the service, and no one answered. When they finally returned my call, I was told that instead of canceling, it would be “better” to continue with 3 more treatments for $320, which I do not want!! Otherwise I would have to pay the cancellation fee. This is very misleading and feels like important information was intentionally left out from the beginning. I would not have signed up if I had known about this fee. Very disappointed. This is not good business practice. Please be aware

Don’t get service with them PERIOD! They gonna tell you lies to get you sign the contract then keep canceling each month they schedule for services but will bill you each month too. If you call to cancel the contract they will still charge you even they didn’t keep one word on what they told you when they came begging at your door.

Take the time to find another company. I used their service for about six months, and they were repeatedly complete no-shows — never notifying me unless I reached out first. One of the worst examples was when they rescheduled immediately after I had just spoken with them to confirm a specific day so they could come inside and treat. My wife waited for them, only for us to find out they canceled yet again. Because of the constant unreliability, I requested to cancel the service and have the cancellation fee waived, as they weren’t providing the services I paid for. Instead, they made it even more burdensome by insisting I speak with them a third time to “explain” why I wanted to cancel, despite already sending a detailed email outlining the issues. After weeks of ignoring me, they went ahead and charged me $250 anyway. Do yourself a favor — choose a better company. Most are cheaper, and you’ll actually get the service you’re paying for.

UNLESS YOU KNOW YOU ARE KEEPING THIS SERVICE FOR AT LEAST A YEAR FROM THE START, I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They came to my door saying they were in the neighborhood and were offering their service for a discounted rate and just to please give them a shot. They stated If I wasn’t happy with them, I could just call and discontinue any recurring service before next appointment. Not true at all, atleast not without paying a lot more. I do recognize that It’s my fault for trusting them without asking to read the fine print, but want to mention that When you are agreeing to the service you are signing for it on their phone so you don’t see any details until it’s sent to your email. I guess I also believed him when he said to give them a chance. When I agreed and paid for that initial service I was signing a 12 month contract that was at no point even mentioned. When I noticed this and tried to get a hold of someone to cancel it was very difficult. Away from the fact that I didn’t see any improvement with the mosquitos that i hired them for, everything I was told was inaccurate. You will not get a discounted price if you don’t continue the service for the 12 months they sign you up for. HERES WHY: when you finally get a hold of someone they say you had to cancel before 3 days after the initial service in order to avoid $250 termination fee to cancel the 12 month contract you apparently signed up for. WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU is that if you do manage to get a hold of someone within the first 3 days and cancel you have to pay the full price of the first “discounted service” anyway. In my case that would of been just shy of $300 MORE as you can see in the picture of my statement. I’m sure this isn’t everyone’s experience but maybe I can help someone avoid the whole “just give us a chance” scam this company uses as their sales tactic.

The first 2 minutes was him telling me about all of my neighbors he knows… pushy kid on a hover board telling me I need pest control. Second visit in two days… I began to tell him that he was here yesterday and that my answer hasn’t changed.. didn’t listen and continued to give his pitch… I had to just walk away..
