I can’t say enough good things about ProControl in PSL. We discovered termites and they were incredibly helpful in getting everything taken care of quickly and efficiently, which gave me so much peace of mind during a stressful situation. I spoke with Procontrol Pest Control about two weeks ago, and they were very professional and kind from the start. I purchased pest control service over the phone with Savanna in the office, and the entire process was smooth and easy. I have engaged the services of ProControl to provide bi-monthly extermination service to my home. I have found ProControl Management Services to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond when extending their services. Thus far I'm very pleased with their company.

I was dealing with an ant problem, and they came out quickly and took care of it. I saw a huge difference the same day. By the next day, the ants were completely gone. Professional, friendly, and effective. Highly recommend!

My wife and I are so grateful we chose Pro Control to help us with a critter problem in the attic area of our home. Joe Mami came for the first inspection, and was very professional and knowledgeable and pointed out possible entry points on our roof and vents . Chuck Black came the next day and was also very professional, calming and re assuring . He sealed up all possible entry points, trapped two critters and our problems were gone . We absolutely love James, their pest technician! He is thorough, paying attention to every detail of my bi-monthly service. In addition, he is respectful of me and my property! Always polite and making sure we're not experiencing any issues. Chuck Black, one of the owners of the company was awesome! He took his time and inspected the entire exterior of our house until he found the innocuous spot where the rodents were making their way into our attic! Thanks to his diligence and experience, we are rodent free and our attic is now ready for him to sanitize and sterilize! We also signed up for his bi-monthly pest control. A locally owned and operated company with excellent customer service!

I was really concerned when I found out I had termites, but ProControl Management Services made the whole process so much easier! From the first call, everyone was super helpful and reassuring. Joe and Savanna were amazing to work with—they took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and really put my mind at ease. The team was professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job with both the termite treatment and insulation. Now, I feel so much better knowing my home is protected. I highly recommend! What is there not to like about an honest and competent business owner who works right on the job himself to make sure that everything he promises is done the right way with the interests of the customer in mind. The owner, Joe, is a great guy who really knows termite and pest control and brings results at a fair price. His office manager, Savanna, is a jewel, a real delight to work with! My job done: eradication of extreme infestation of Formosan termites.

Punctual, professional and after 6 years have not had to call them back for a retreatment. Highly recommend

They were good when we had them. We had to temporarily cancel service due to financial reasons, in which we communicated to them. I even called to ask if there’s any way to reduce the cost, in which I was told no. Once I was financially able to start service after a couple months, they wanted to charge me an additional $50 to “re-start” the service. Unfortunately they lost a customer over this.

Initially, Joseph was friendly, accommodating, honest, and professional. He gave up front options for tent or no tent. Sorry to say that his follow up should have been better. He gives appointments weeks ahead, while termites are feasting on your house. Called him two weeks ago for an appointment. Never called back.L had to call him again a week ago. Then he said he could come the following week during my working hours. I said I needed to be at home when he comes over, after 3pm. To date, he has not called me. I really thought I paid his salary. Of course he already got my money. I would NOT recommend his services/company to any one. Karma comes around.
