While driving on the turnpike the white suv with the business logo and number flew in between traffic cutting us off causing us to slam on the breaks and proceed to fly down the interstate. Going at least 100 mph. Then proceeds (down below) to write a false response. As I am the wife and was driving my mini van not a truck and trailer. And the truck and trailer were not in operation today… Such a shame for the business to respond with a lie.

Helped , this guy honest, unlike Massey who told me that they did not do termites! Why were they sending me a bill? Only seen them one time ! Unlike Marador!

Called with a last minute request at 5pm to remove wasps from around my property before I had house guests and they arrived the next morning at 8:30 promptly as promised. They communicated efficiently by text. The owner of the company was incredibly knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge. He was thorough and went above and beyond what would have been expected. I look forward to having my scheduled maintenance, mosquito control and adhoc service now done with Matador. In the first meeting you could tell the type of service they provide is not the same as I’ve been receiving from the big chains I’ve been using till now. Thanks for the great service today!

Jaime is the owner and main operator, he's been in the industry for 15 years and he is my go to guy for anything pest control related, he even went above and beyond and installed my mother's ring door bell for her. He has the keys to my house and treats my home like his own. I believe he has past experience in plumbing and construction because we originally had an American Cockroach problem that came about shortly after a renovation. After diagnosing the problem he treated the areas necessary, Sealed off small gaps left by the construction team, and the roach activity slowed down but still was present, I called Jaime to let him know we are still seeing roaches, he comes back and further inspects the areas of concern... come to find out thanks to Jaime that the plumbers didn't correctly seal off a pipe and the reason for the roaches was the pipe being open enough for roaches to come from the sewer system into our home. because of Jaime I saved ALOT of time and money. thank the heavens for good honest folk like Jaime and the Matador team.

Very professional, very neat, very safe, extremely honest , baby and pet friendly materials available, just super satisfied with matadors service. I could go on and on how he helped my family and I'm very grateful. The very least I could do is spread the great experience I had with this company and success of removing a very difficult pest with minimal effort on my part. (Leave for 4 hours come home and everything back to normal). Thank you matador very much, I can honestly refer Matador to anyone and know they will be happy with services without a doubt at all. I'd also like to add that I had many personal belongings that I accidentally left in the open in an area that was serviced and when I came home everything was still there.(including cash)I tell you this because I trust Matador and his employees in my home after that experience. ANOTHER THING, he did such a well job and was so precise and neat that when I came home it felt as if he had cleaned the home areas that he treated !! Super neat, very professional im very satisfied. As far as customer service you don't have to question rather or not hes gonna try his hardest, he's gonna get the job done right the first time.
