EXCELLENT service and knowledge! I am a renter and this team coordinated with my landlord and myself to deal with termites quickly, transparent communication.. All I can say is thank you!!

UPDATE: 6 months later and my lawn has still not fully recovered from the damage caused by Coastal Pest Control. BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Coastal Pest Control destroyed 80% my lawn due to misusage of herbicides for my grass type. Over the course of 8 months they applied the wrong herbicide application time and time again, promising my lawn would grow back better than before. 12 months later and my lawn is worst than ever. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars and countless hours watering and applying my own fertilizers just to keep the lawn alive during the drought and brutal summer months. I’d estimate Coastal Pest Control currently owes me around $2,000 - and that’s being generous. The total value loss of a dead lawn is much greater. It costs in the upward of $4,000 to replace an entire lawn (average PSL property size). I’d estimate the total amount this devalues any home property’s curb appeal value by 5% - which in our case is more than $20,000. What if I were selling my home during this time? Who wants to buy a home with a dead lawn? What if I had paying tenants living there? Coastal Pest Control couldn’t care less. Attached are photos of post-treatment and photos from Google Maps when we first moved in. As you can see, our lawn was nearly perfect. We hired Coastal Pest Control to help bring the lawn to 100%. It's maybe 50% at best today. When the manager, Jason, came to the property after many calls to the office - he confessed that the herbicides shouldn't have ever been applied.

We having been using Coastal Pest Control for over 2 years now and I just wanted to share how great of an experience it has been. From tremendous communication on service updates to detailed interaction with our technician Danny. It has been a pleasure to work with them all. Our home is seeing great results as is our lawn from the added treatments for weed control and fertilization. It is refreshing to work with a service vendor who is on time, communicates and follows through with promised services at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

We’re very happy with this company. The office staff is always very helpful and friendly. Pablo is a very nice guy and does a good job! We get the yearly plan because my husband has bug OCD, especially with ghost ants. I recommend them highly.

Coastal Pest Control saved my home—and my sanity! I was dealing with a full-on palmetto roach takeover, and Coastal Pest Control came through and saved the day. Billy was the technician who came out. He was super friendly, respectful, and I felt completely comfortable having him in my home. He took his time, was thorough, and clearly cared about doing the job right. He was honest with me about what to expect and genuinely wanted to help. I can finally say I feel comfortable in my home again. You can tell Coastal cares about their customers. I highly recommend them.

Amazing service amazing owner

Billy Eisman went above and beyond to ensure our new home was taken care of. We have hired several pest control groups throughout Florida in the past, absolutely none compare to the quality, detail, and knowledge this company shares. We experienced customer service that was not only personalized but showed us they truly care about our home, our property and keeping pests away. He spent an extra 20 minutes explaining how we can deter pests from a local plot of land that was just cleared nearby. I’m so impressed with their services and highly recommend them to anyone looking to be treated like family and still have high quality experienced professional service!

Have been using them a couple years. Did termite drilling/ outside treatment two years ago, had an attic treatment a few months ago. More evidence showed up and they came and retreated the area again

I am beyond happy to leave this review. I called and promptly had Billy E. out here to take care of my property. Not only was he able to do everything I asked but he took the time to explain to me why I was having issues to begin with (we keep and extremely clean home). This is a great company! Very Customer Oriented! They go above and beyond! Pablo takes such good care of us inside of our house and out. Keeping the bugs away! He's a hard worker and very friendly and professional! Kirsten in the office always helpful friendly and personable over the phone! Bravo to the company and fine team! We spread the word to our friends and neighbors in our community!

Not sure if I just got unlucky with the techs I received or if I have a high standard for companies that call themselves professionals. I paid for a 2 month service with coastal pest control, they came out and sprayed my yard for pests and also spot treated for the issues with weeds that I was having. Prior to this I have always done my own pest control with permethrin sfr and never had issues, however I was tired of doing it myself. After coastal came and sprayed I started having more issues with ants inside and outside the house and all over my patio. They came out an extra two times due to me still having issues and still after three treatments I was still having issues with ants. My other complaint is that their tech is supposed to be treating the entire lawn and fertilizing the entire lawn however they would be outside for 10 minutes at most and leave. There is absolutely no way the entire lawn is being treated in that short amount of time. They are lazily spraying the main areas and missing a lot of spots. On the third visit I asked the tech to please spray around the windows on the exterior and also the the soffit as well which he said no problem he would. Well he didn’t and just left after spraying the yard. Come to find out you pay for two months of service but they will only treat your lawn once every two months unless you call them. The tech himself said the product they use only lasts about a month, so why would you only treat bimonthly. Stay away from this company is my recommendation as I’m sure their are actual companies out there that take pride in their work.

We purchased a home in PGA Village last year and reached out to Coastal Pest Control recently after seeing their trucks throughout our community. Jason arrived yesterday, explained everything they do and why they do it. I was impressed with his knowledge of the business, his courtesy and the succinct answers to my questions. We became customers following yesterday and look forward to a long relationship. From an intro and first “session”, we are very pleased with our choice.

Coastal treated my home for Old House Borer beetles. I could not have been more pleased. They were extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for any of your pest control needs.

Love these guys! They are so thorough and professional. They were so kind when I called them out multiple times to a home we purchased - during the inspection phase and again during our move in. Super knowledgeable with the less common things and treated our new home for powder beetles. Prices are very reasonable and the guys are locals who get Florida.
