When we first moved in, we had ants coming in the sliding glass door. I thought I took care of it with some spray. Two weeks later, I was getting bit on my couch! They were fire ants! I called Dave at Bug Off and he came right out and fixed the problem. That was over a year ago and we've been using this company ever since. We're very happy with the results.

David is a great bug guy...he has taken care of me for over 6 years now and I have never had any complaints...when I first moved to Fla, I was in a mobile house and he made sure I was bug free...now I'm in a cbs house and I'm still bug free...he is a great guy who cares about his work and is very knowledgable on the bug and insect world and I trust that I stay bug free...when David leaves my home after doing his thing, I feel so clean because I know I won't see any bugs And his prices are awesome...I did compare with other bug companies and found David the best price...I highly recommend David and Bug Off Pest Control

Any time we have had to reschedule an appointment or have called him to ask questions, he has always been so kind and understanding. We’ve been customers of David for going on 2 years and never had any complaints, until today I had to reschedule because life happens and something came up. He kept insisting that he still come by and just spray the outside and he’ll text us a link to pay him, but I kept telling him it wasn’t a good day for me and I would like to reschedule for a day he can spray inside as well considering he only comes 1 every 2 months. Keep in mind ive been doing business with them for 2 YEARS and NEVER canceled or rescheduled! And he basically said the only day he could come back was that following Monday which my husband had a cardiology appt and testing that day that we’ve been waiting on for 2 months!!! He was rude and basically gave me the option to have him come today and just spray the outside and pay him over text, or cancel my husband cardiology apt and have him come Monday. He was extremely rude and tryed to make me feel ignorant for wanting the inside of my house sprayed because I have a crawling 8 month old, he had assured us for the past 8 months that it was 100% harmless and won’t hurt the baby one bit!! Until today he was arguing saying that most parents wouldn’t want their babys around bug spray...... so it was safe for the past 8 months but now that I need to reschedule for a day that he can come inside and spray he tried to tell me that I shouldn’t have my baby around it. Very disappointed because I thought David was a good honest guy, but it turns out he just a greedy business man with no sympathy for my familys difficult time. I asked if there was literally any other day this week or next week for him to come and he refused to work with me! So keep in mind he makes the appt 2 months in advanced but if you need to reschedule He’ll discontinue you as a client and you’ll loose your initiation start up fee, and have to hire another pest company *response to the owner: we never asked for a discount that’s the price you chose to give us concidering how much we helped you and your mother as our clients. Your choice to charge us a discount should never be a factor in the quality of service that we receive as paying loyal customers. I asked you to come back ANY OTHER DAY this week or NEXT WEEK OR LITTERALLY ANY OTHER POSSIBLE DAY EXCEPT MONDAY because that is an important doctors apt for us.. your response was basically “okay well if you can’t make it work for Monday then I can refer you to another company that may not be as busy” discontinung us as clients because your greedy. After 2 years of doing business with someone you should have some compassion if something comes up ONCE! for a loyal client instead of insisting to come anyways and we can just give you credit card info... it’s fine though good luck! This review was for potential clients to be educated on the business their hiring, not for you to argue with me

Five Star service and effectiveness, David has been doing our home now for over 5 years and the plan is Bug Off will continue to service our home for many years to come. I travel a lot and brought home some ants from the hotel, David knew exactly what the type of pest were by me just describing it over the phone. He quickly came and gave me a little transparent ant trap and in a couple of days no more new house guest. GREAT Service, Well Done Bug Off Pest Control.

By far the best locally owned business!!! Very affordable, convient and honest. I love how David is very thorough and he explains everything to where we can understand it. He listens and deals with our concerns at hand. We have used them twice and getting ready to use them a third to treat our new home before moving in. He is very flexible and top of schedules. We even got a Christmas card from them which was so thoughtful!!! Will be using them and only them from here on out!!!
