Excellent service! The annual treatment is as good or better than the quarterly treatments that I was previously getting.

Paul came out to our home to do an assessment for termites. He was extremely professional and was a wealth of knowledge. He is an expert in pest control and made my experience nothin short of perfect. I will absolutely be using Top Notch in the future for all future pest control.

We have been using Top Notch for 2 years now and have virtually no bugs on property despite our heavy landscaping that all previous pest control told us made the job impossible. On top of quality work, they show up when they say they will despite covid and all the other excuses other services use. Friendly, professional behavior on site is icing on the cake. Im leaving this review bc the last time they were out it was such an exceptionally great experience, I feel like I owe it to them to share the love.

Jack is great to work with. He's very thorough, and he addresses all of our concerns. We pay for a whole year, and they always come immediately at the first sight of a problem.

Top Notch Pest Control provided outstanding service! Technicians Paul and Michael were efficient, professional, and offered great customer service at a very reasonable price. I had a strong smell coming from the attic and suspected a squirrel may have died up there. They came out the same day and took care of the issue quickly. Ángel was wonderful, as usual. He meticulously treated every are of my home both indoors and outdoors. He is always courteous, respectful and very efficient. This was my annual renewal service, and I can honestly say that I love the fact that it lasts the full year. In past 12 months, I never had a problem with bugs, but when I got wasps nesting in the front bushes, I called Paul, and Angel came the next day and took care of them. I highly recommend them.

My car is sitting at Ford in Clearwater FL as of July 17, 2025 waiting for a recall for peeling paint. On 8/4/25, Eric the collision manager called and told mey car was a Biohazard and I needed to get it off the lot immediately for the safety of his staff and the dealership. He said the car was infested with cockroaches and they would not touch it until it was fumigated. He told me they work with Top Notch. I called and made an appt for them to look at the car there at the dealership. Their rep never called me with a quote and I had to chase them for it. Mary read the notes and said the car was invested, the dealership wouldn't touch it until it was fumigated and that they needed to run and ozone treatment as well to cover up the smell of the dead roaches. I had no choice but to agree to this price of $475. She said this price did not include vacuuming the dead carcasses from the car and I would have to arrange that after the treatment. I never talked to anyone else from this company. I had to call to ask if the treatment was done. That was Aug 7. On Aug 8, I picked up the car at Ford. I opened the door expecting a nightmare but could not see any cockroaches. I took pictures of the interior. I took the car to be cleaned. 5 cockroaches were found, mainly babies, who no doubt scurried to get out of the 100 plus degree car they had been trapped in for 3 weeks without food and water. I did however, find at least 50 sunflower seeds I spilled in the car. The smell was from something I spilled in the truck a month ago and had not cleaned. Then the car sat in the Florida sun for a month. Top Notch sprayed some awful perfume over it which made it worse. Top notch has insisted the smell was "decomposing German cockroaches." I notified top notch immediately with pictures. I also reported this to Ford Corporate. Now I understand why no salesman or tech from Top Notch bothered to call. I don't know who are Ford is in collusion with Top Notch but this is attempted fraud and I will not be paying this bill.

Stay away

This place is a joke... I have to put one star up because it makes you but if It was up to me could be no stars they never pick up the phone they're always late an appointments they spray everywhere all over inside the house they don't care about your personal belongings just terrible all the way around. I switch my service to Hughes exterminators what a difference you pay for what you get you can always go cheaper but that's what you're going to get.

For the most part was happy with this company. Until a tech came to the house moved a box on my attic which then it fell to break through the attic ceiling bust my ac pipe and flood the entire garage with things that contained my mother’s ashes. My kids baby books and some other memories that can not be replaced. As a result of this I had to change my work flight to arrive to a mess in my garage. When I called the company to speak to the owner (wife) highly upset as who would be calm in a situation like this. She said her husband and a technician would come and see it in person. When the owner (husband) came he would not make eye contact with me wouldn’t allow us to even as the technician a question. After about 4min of the tech guy Angle I believe his name is being there he told him to leave. He stated he would pay a the deductible and that’s it. Never said sorry for the situation again not even making eye contact with me only speaking to gramps. And when I mentioned it he went inches from my face pointing his finger to practically as if he was punishing a child for speaking to him. Especially with his bigotry behavior. Weather it be because I am a woman, Hispanic, or a lesbian. Because there is no reason not to even apologize for the situation or make eye contact. We have paid for the year and waiting to see if we can get out of it with a refund for the remainder of the contract as I don’t feel safe or comfortable when the only of the company acts that way and is in my face with his finger three inches from me. I don’t recommend this company to anyone. And I hope the owners of this company have better B2C relationship. Because the costumer service I received today I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.
