Great company! Joe was our tech. He was very informative as to what was to occur for our tenting for termites and knowledgeable in answering our questions. Also, office personnel were pleasant and helpful when I called. Highly recommend this company!!

Hired Brantley from recs from FB site. Had an emergency issue with pests and they responded quickly showing up the next day. Josh came out and did a 10 day treatment for German CR’s. Just purchased this place and found out after we moved in. Josh did a bang up job. He was very prompt and respectful. He also showed very ethical behavior. I would highly recommend this company and Josh in particular. Thank you.

Very satisfied with our choice to fumigate our mobile home. They came out and explained everything that was going to happen and what we had to remove from the unit and what we could keep in the unit. To me the best part was the communication kept us informed of what was going on the whole time I would recommend this company to anyone that would need this service

outstanding..they tented my fixer old mobile for HUGE horrible infestation requiring full tenting (for less$ than others--who said they could NOT tent due to damaged carport). Really good outfit& good communication & prompt timely service. FOUND OUT LATER MY SELLER HAD ORKIN THRU 5 MONTHS BEFORE MY TENTING )...it take UEARS of NO service to reach tenting. [Also found soft floors due to total termite destruction of many beams under exterior walls THAT TAKES EVEN MORE YEARS. USE BRANTLEY!! NEVER USE ORKIN. {I was Phiila lawyer in 80's ..had HUGE case then against them for major termite damage to clients home DESPITE (costly) annual contract with Orkin (JUST LIKE MY SELLER NOW).

I am a residential property manager and always looking for great vendors who do a great job for a fair price. I have used other termite/pest control companies but when I came across Brantley's I had a feeling they would always be my first call. They have consistently beat their competitors prices and they are easy to work with, do professional work and have amazing customer service. On the last job Joe was the project manager and it was a pleasure working with him. He gave clear and precise instructions and was on site to meet with me before tenting and then followed up after. I was very happy to learn he will be my contact on an upcoming job scheduled for January. I would highly recommend Brantley's!

This is the second time I’ve had Brantley fumigate a property for termite issues. Joe was our personal rep and was very good keeping us informed with the process before and after the fumigation. Brantley's pricing was more reasonable than other estimates I received. Definitely recommend them for all pest services.

Our mobile home was tented about 2 weeks ago. We are very pleased with the process and outcome, and the price was reasonable, too. Josh gave us a lot of information and was very responsive throughout the process, even making a special last minute trip to deliver more fumigation bags. We have already recommended Brantley to our neighbors.

Good job with the termites, but the head of my pelican is broken off, a 75 pound bird, and the bottom of the drainpipe is broken off. Maybe they should be more careful when taking down the tent !

I had to have my rental tented and Brantley Termite & Pest Control was far and away the most reasonably priced. Daryl was professional and helpful and the technicians that tented my home didn't harm my brand new gutters (for which I was very thankful)! I would highly, highly recommend Brantley's services!

We just got our two story house tented for active termites. Mason did a great job of coordinating the tenting and letting us know what to expect. The tent crew were on time and efficient. Lyndsi in the office completed the experience by following up with us and answering questions we had. Great job by everyone. We have used Brantley for all our pest control for many years and we will continue to do so.

Brantley did an excellent job fumigating my two story home! Crew was friendly and respectful. Sales rep Joe did a great job communicating with me throughout the entire process and made two special trips to deliver additional fumigation bags. Company owner Edward, personally operated the crane that lifted the tarps on the second story roof. Since I have a new roof and gutters, the special care and precautions were very much appreciated! An exceptional company that I will not hesitate to use again, if necessary!

We have several videos from cameras in our home during the “ tenting” process. One guy was in our master bath looking in my husbands closet…. He was leaving a message to someone to call him back, he told them he was looking for something in our house!!! He was accompanied by another guy…. Also looking around our room. They had no business going into that area without a supervisor!!! The worst part is when we returned home to find our house unlocked !!!! They promised that the “ Supervisor “ would secure the home after tenting. They did NOT !!!! Never saw the Supervisor the entire time the guys went through the house. The inspector that had to go in after the tent was removed, entered our Master bedroom and walked up to my husbands dresser and was looking and checking out all on top of the dresser. We have this on video. Not st all happy with this company. The owner did not seem to care or give us an explanation on what took place. There was absolutely NO REASON for these guys to be in any rooms…. All was prepared in our presence before we left our home in their hands. They only had to use one door on the second floor to get to the roof…. Instead, they decided to check things out without a supervisor.

I had to call the office for assistance. The staff or atleast the lady I spoke to was HORRIBLE, RUDE AND JUST MEAN. I have used this company for coming up on 2 years. And SHAME SHAME SHAME I will be looking elsewhere to spend my money. TRAIN YOUR STAFF paying customers keep you in business.

This company charged me for an additional service that they did not fulfill. Ryan Helander, the sales rep, pulled a dishonest move just a few days before our scheduled tenting putting me in a difficult position. He upped my original agreed upon price by $1000. After we received the all clear to go back into our house, I reached out to the "Office Manager" Jeff and he was even more dishonest than Ryan. I hope my experience with this company, filled with dishonest people, helps you to consider using a different company so you wont be swindled out of $1000+ for a survice you will never receive. I am sure Brantley will have a snide remark to this posting. Just goes to show you the true character of this company.

Called them 4 times asking for an inspection. They said Bo will call me. It's been 3 weeks now.

So a few weeks ago I brought my customers couch for a termite deep clean, and as soon as I entered the office I wasn’t even greeted with a welcome but surely I had to receive the attitude of an annoyed worker, witch I understand some days aren’t perfect but we are still there hanging in but still there’s no need for a attitude when a respectful customer is approaching your business for services. As soon as I dropped off my two piece set of couches I was bugged with questions that I had no idea of I’m just a delivery man not the owner. not to say the least there little shack of a Storage where they “fumigate” the couches or furniture was full of dead termites on the floor tanks all over the place the floors where old and appear to be rotting of old time. I don’t like to hate on local business but this was no way to treat a well paying customer!

Brantley tented my fiance's house where we both live. The guys doing the tenting were unprofessional. We have cameras throughout our house where the guys could be see looking directly into the cameras. So the cameras are not hidden in any way. These guys could be heard complaining about the house smelling. Not the end of the world but unprofessional. Later on video again these guys were seen uncovering my super car and pulling on the door handle vigorously. They did this to my fiance's Toyota too! They followed by checking our key holder at the front door for keys! We quickly had people at the house to remove the cars from the property. We thought this would be the end of our problems, but we were sadly mistaken. The guys told my fiance's father that there was some water on the floor but would not let him in to see what is was. We turned the water off to the house before we left just incase of any plumbing issues. Apparently they turned the water on after breaking a hose on the toilet when dropping a knick knack off of the window sill. This intern did not just leave a little water on the floor but flooded out our den with a piano dresser and exercise equipment in the room sitting in water for the entire weekend. Most importantly they left our home unsecured! Several windows were left only partially locked and the doors to the outside only secured with a fish hook lock. You could literally see outside from in the house as there was a 2 inch gap between the doors! This terrified me because I have several guns in the home and thousands of rounds of ammunition that we were not allowed to keep in safes per Brantleys instruction. Anyone could have come in here through the unsecured doors on the front of our home grabbed a couple of AR-15s several thousands of rounds of ammunition and went on a criminal spree! Who would have been responsible for this? Me! My fiance emailed them a letter explaining everything that transpired with not as much as return email to try in any way to make her or us feel any better about the situation.

Would Not Recommend. High Staff / Tech Turnover....Unresponsive to Service Concerns

Absolutely horrible! This is the kind of mess that is left behind by Brantley Pest Control. This property is always pristine... it's residence are 80 + year old convalescing priests who all have pace makers and in no way, shape, or form clean up after the destruction from this company. Tomorrow will mark a week since they tented the property and there still has been no follow up. I don't recommend them to anyone!!

I am totally unimpressed with this company's service. We were supposed to have our house fumigated today, yet no one contacted us last week to give the items as promised to pack up our house in preparation for the fumigation today. On this past Friday late afternoon I tried contacting the company and received a voicemail. I left a message indicating we needed to reschedule because we hadn't received anything to prepare for the fumigation. Today, Monday, by 9:45am, I still did not receive a return call regardng my message I left on Friday. So, I called Brantley Termite and Pest Control and I spoke with a male representative who had zero clue, I gave my name and address several times and still he kept calling me a different name and tried to confirm a different address. Then he told me that I would have to call the salesperson to set up a new date and he will come out and explain the process. I told him again that all I want to do is reschedule, I do not want to discuss the process again, I already know it. The man replied that they won't do the work if I don't meet with the sales person again and have everything explained. I then explained that we have already gone through all of that with the sales person, he was here for well over an hour explaining it, and all I want to do is reschedule. So, the man said I would have to call the salesperson for that. I asked if the salesperson could call me and the representative said, "I guess he can", and attempted to verify my phone number (which was incorrect), my name, which again was incorrect, and my address, which was not my address! So, he then began to look for my "address" in the paperwork to "find me". As he was looking, I began to have a feeling that 'maybe I don't want this company to do the work after all of this, are they capable of fumigating my house and following up annually as I had signed up for them to do?! So, I kindly mentioned to the representative that I am concerned about Brantley Termite and Pest Control even doing the work at this point. The man at Brantley Termite and Pest Control then said, "okay goodbye then", and disconnected the call! Now, I am sure that I DO NOT WANT Brantley Termite and Pest Control doing the work. They need better organization and service to their customers! I am disappointed because I really wanted to give my business to a local company, and specifically chose this company for that reason.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Used Brantley for our Wood Destroying Organisms inspection for our first home purchase. They gave the all clear. 2 months later I found signs of termites in the house, so I emailed Brantley to find out what I should do. No response. So I reached out again, and again, still no response. They have completely ignored me and refuse to contact me. I don't necessarily blame them for missing the termites, but I do find it unacceptable that they are ignoring me now. My intent was to pay them to come and treat the problem- not get something for free. Now because they haven't responded to me, I will use someone else and tell anyone who asks that I would not recommend this company.
