2026 Review... Drive-by Exterminators was bought out By Bingham Pest Control and you can feel the difference. What once was a highly recommended company for me is no longer. Their customer service skills have gone down. I pay for a service and shouldn't be left feeling incompetent for requesting treatment done in my home. When time to renew I may have to move on and look elsewhere. 2022 Review...I contacted 3 different companies for quotes for my home and Drive Bye Exterminators were not only prompt (same day) but they were the most professional, knowledgeable and best price! There was no question that we were going with them for pest control! We will be sure to tell our friends!

Bobby just arrived for our annual termite inspection. He arrived on time, was very courteous and knowledgeable. I work in customer service and always appreciate excellent service. Thank you! 😊

I get absolutely bombarded with vague text messages from "local business" offering this and that. From a quick search, a lot of people seem to get texts from "Amy from a local pest control business". From what I understand, this is an ai lead generator. The company sends out tons of spam texts and when someone responds, those get forwarded to companies like this. No credible company should be using anything like this which is why I will never do business with any company that engages with these lead generator services. Despite being on the Federal Do Not Call list, I still get bombarded with texts. Want to know why you get so many spam calls and texts? Because companies like Bingham Pest Control utilize companies to generate leads. I have filed a complaint against this company with the FCC. I'll also be contacting my Congresswoman. Also looking at other options.

Jarin Davis in my opinion is an asset to the company his friendly professional approach is refreshing. Jarin took the time to answerd all of my questions even educated me in areas that were interesting. He is very dedicated in his job and knowledgeable.

Had a pretty good run with this company for several years. Not sure if it was due to it being acquired but I had an issue with a rep not being able to get through the gate (this hasn't been an issue for years of service). I got a voicemail about it, followed up via email with the lady/rep I had been emailing for several years for any issues with service and got no reply. My property went without service that I'm pretty sure I prepaid for..

I JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM MY EXTERMINATORS THAT SHE GAVE THEM A BAD REVIEW RITA HAD NO BUSINESS DOING THIS ITS NOT HER HOME ITS MINE. BINGHAM HAS BEEN MY GO TO TERMITE CO FOR 25 PLUS YEARS. I HAVE NEVER HAD ONE PROBLEM WITH THEM AND I AM ALWAYS BEEN VERY SATIFIED WITH THEIR WORK AND WOULD RECEMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS IN A MINUTE. IM SORRY THIS HAPPEND

Drive Bye Exterminators has been treating my home for almost 9 years. The service techs are prompt and a reminder is sent the day before . If we have an issue in between treatments, I just have to call and explain and they will send someone out the very next day! I would esp like to recognize Jarin. He has been the tech coming to our house for over a year. He’s always punctual and answers any questions I have. I highly recommend this company !

Just from the initial assessment appointment, they have been helpful and informative. We're still waiting on the tenting, so I'll update upon completion.

We used this company for our initial termite inspection when we purchased the house in 2016 and have remained with them ever since for both the annual termite inspection and pest control service. They provide excellent, reliable and very effective service, which is why we have stayed with them.
