Jon came out to the house to eliminate rats in our attic. He assessed the perimeter to determine how they were getting in. Then Jon inspected the attic to see where they traveling. We were hearing "scratching" on the ceiling which was very unnerving. Jon set several traps. The traps were checked every 2 or 3 days, and in no time, the rats were gone. We were very happy with the professionalism and communication. I would highly recommend ProHealth Pest Control. My wife is very thankful the scratching on the ceiling has stopped.

This a long overdue review for Sean, each visit he goes above and beyond in service! He’s extremely thorough and I couldn’t be happier with his service. As a mom to a toddler I couldn’t get to removing Christmas decoration’s outside in time for our quarterly visit but he went ahead and took them down for me. Something he didn’t have to do! Thank you Sean for being a good human being. Haven’t had any bug issues either!

Reached out to Prohealth due to some active pest activity in our home. They quickly came out to inspect, provided a great explanation of issues and did not try to oversell. They sent over a competitive proposal and were out to complete our initial setup and treatment within a few days. They also went over additional preventative steps we could take. Highly recommend!

Great service

Sean came out to take care of my initial assessment and to do the first treatment for ants. He was not only informative and educational, but supported me in assuring all access points were taken care of. As he walked the parameter, he found the ant nest and treated that. He also went out of his way And helped me re-position my mailbox that was leaning over due to Ant corrosion. Later on that day, I also realized he even went above and beyond and rolled up my hose nicely along the side of the house! Amazing customer service!!

Professional, knowledgeable, and not a big sales pitch.

Last year, when my locally-owned pest control company sold to a larger conglomerate, I became quickly disappointed with the pest control treatment and their customer service. ProHealth was highly recommended, and I am so glad I made the switch. Their service people are caring, knowledgeable, and do a thorough job. And their office staff are equally as caring and so prompt with follow up. Plus, if something isn't right, they work very hard to make it right. It's great to work with a locally-owned company that truly cares for their customers.

The service and advice were excellent!

I know the owners of this company and I wanted to give my money to what I thought was a reputable and honest group of people. I'm from the north and never have experienced termites before. Went to get multiple quotes for the tenting service and ProHealth came in the highest at $2,600. Little did I know that they were subcontracting it out to a local business that would have charged me around $1,100 for the same tenting. They're markup was way over 100% and considered from myself to be a rip off. Be careful and always research folks!

I really had a hard time having this company return calls. Either no answer or promised a return call and forgotten about. Lynn (office manager) indicated “hard to manage when you’re the only person working the office”. Hopefully they hire more office help or I can only imagine the amount of business their actually losing. Such a shame.

This company performed a pest inspection prior to purchasing our 300k home in Clearwater. One month after move in the base board breaks and termites pour out. We called Terminix only for them to find the infestation immediately by climbing on a ladder in the attic. The report from Prohealth was a complete joke. I wish I had read it further, but after seeing no WDOs on the report I didn't read further. Astonishing that this could happen. Move on unless you want this to happen to you as well. This will cost us thousands after one month of ownership.
