Shannon is not only an amazing woman but great at her job. She is very thorough when exterminating those nasty little insects,(roaches, etc.) You can tell she takes pride in her work and is extremely personable. I have lived in Cypress Trail for many years and really do not trust anyone in my apt when I'm not there, that doesn't apply to Shannon. I completely trust her not only in my home but around my pets. Changing my review; 1st time was great. Jeff was professional and knowledgeable also responsive However the 2nd time was completely different experience. The tech who visited waited in his van for 30min just chillin on his phone (if your going to take a break dont do it at my house) by the time he actually got to work he only did spot job and left in 10 minutes. He may as well not even showed up. Waiste of $80. Seems like this company just does a great job once then hooks ya in for the monthly
