These people are horrible. I had a rodent issue and had Terminix come out to remedy the issue. They fixed a couple if entry points and set traps to kill them. They said they would come back every 3 to 5 days to check and remove the dead rodents. Unfortunately they would never show when they said they would and dead rats were sitting in my attic. Don’t do a dry wood termite policy with Terminix. We’ve been paying for eight years had a major infestation the swarm season and Terminix is refusing to communicate about fumigating our hundred year-old wood frame house that has to be tented every 6 to 7 years. HOMEOWNERS BEWARE. Terminix in St. Petersburg uses sub contractors which they are unable to properly coordinate or oversee to ensure timely, quality services. After failing to tent our home or notify us they failed to tent until nearly 72 hours after the tent was supposed to go on, they were unable to reschedule until 2 months later. During fumigation the following damage was done: $4,400 worth to my neighbors poured concrete curb which was destroyed almost the entire length of the property line
