Sinisa did a thorough job of ridding us of the Ghost Ants. He found their hiding area, baited the area and left some traps behind to entice them further. After this visit I never saw the Ghost ants again. Sinisa is always friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, careful of our Cats, respectful of our home and we are happy Sinisa is our Technician.

I am very pleased with the quarterly pest control service from Swat. The pricing is competitive, and Tyler always does an excellent job. I highly recommend Swat for all your pest control needs!

I called to ask some questions about possibly having a new property purchase inspected and Mike from Swat Exterminating said there would be no benefit in my situation from having an inspection or treatment. I appreciate the honesty and integrity.

We have been using Swat for many many years. I also refer them to many of my clients. Sinisa is amazing, he also did my mom's house before she passed away, and he was wonderful with her as well.

I recently purchased a house that was about 108-110 years old, and after months of dealing with contractors and renovations, I finally thought I had everything settled — until I discovered a major termite problem. The wings began falling from the ceiling, and swarms of termites were coming in and out of the house. I was at a loss for what to do next. I reached out to various local exterminators, but none of them were willing to perform tent fumigation during swarm season. My wife was getting increasingly panicked, and I didn’t know where to turn. Then I got a call to fix a boat’s leaking lower unit, which I did, and that led me to the team at SWAT Exterminating. From the moment they arrived, I knew I was in good hands. They are true professionals — quick, efficient, and transparent about what they’re going to do. Tyler, in particular, was exceptional. SWAT Exterminating Co. is a great inspection solution for home sales and purchases and providing WDO inspections. Trevor is a real professional.

We have been with SWAT since moving to Florida in 2013. We rented a condo for the first year. Our neighbor Kathy was the original owner of SWAT and that’s how we came to know about them. We used SWAT at our rental condo and continued with them when we purchased our home. They provide our termite control as well as bi-monthly interior/exterior pest prevention. The formula they use is pet-safe and we’ve never had a single bug. Our technician Gary is terrific. He’s always flexible, friendly and knowledgeable. The staff at SWAT is fantastic and now they’ve rolled out a new customer portal which makes everything so convenient. We highly recommend SWAT!

This company has 2 men that work there that no one should trust in or by their home. They are a liability to this company and greatly risk ruining their reputation.

WE HAVE NOT SEEN OUR TECH FOR SERVICE IN WAY OVER 3 MONTHS I'VE BEEN REACHING OUT FOR WEEKS!!! MAYBEWE SHOULD FIND A NEW COMPANY ...

I thought the fumigation I got also covered other pests but turns out it dosn't. Tbh if I knew this before hand I would have picked a different one. They didn't tell me any of this until contract time. By then I didn't have any time to get another company out until my inspection peroid was over. In retrospect I wonder if they even failed my inspection knowing I could not find another company out as fast as I needed. Now fast forward 10 months I had to call them out because I was seeing piles of frass. I was told "it was just ant piles, call us out when you see wings or a swarm" they also said that it takes years for them to form a colony and cause damage- it would be impossible to have them since it was just tented. I battled termites in my trailer for years before moving and I know what the frass looks like. They refused to look past the ant frass and left without even treating the wall. Not sure what the point of a whole home warranty is if they do not do anything when you call them-.The whole time from them pulling up and leaving took less then 5 minuites, and this included them looking outside too. I can not belive they then had the audacity to ask for more money for another year of termite service when they literally told me at my appointment it would be impossible for termites to happen- especially if they wouldn't do anything when it did happen.

Find another company!!! This company has the worst communication on earth. They failed to explain how their poisonous gas would affect other structures on my property. As a result, my plants and food were all destroyed. They did not even have the courtesy to allow me to come over and get the items before they just destroyed at all. They do not care for their customers and they do not communicate when there are problems or changes. As a result, I have been put out of my house twice and lost hundreds of dollars of stuff because of this terrible company. Do Not Hire Them!

I have never written a review to date but SWAT exterminating needs to be exposed. SWAT nexterminating is the most enupt company I've ever delt with. They are so confused and unprofessional. NEVER use them. They will hopefully be out of business soon.

Called for pricing on a flea treatment and the lady in the office said one of the techs would have to call me for that. No one ever called so I went with another company.
